    @LloydsBank Hey is there a number I can call where I talk to humans? Your bots are useless and just cut me off. After 25 mins of holding, the agent said she was going to send me to the online help desk and then it re-asked questions I already answered and hung up a minute later..

    @LloydsBank Interesting...but why have you chopped your already ludicrous interest % on savings from 0.05% down to 0.01% ... for people who have been loyal customers to you for over 30 years? Remember 2008 when ppl stuck with you and taxpayers money bailed you out?
