    @LloydsBank By law you can't deny people access to their money! This is a prime time for people being out and need to transfer either from account to account or bank to bank! You actually don't have the right! I'm moving banks this time!

    @LloydsBank Well it would be courteous to contact the customer annually to review bought items. And as such a loyal customer you could have compromised with an offer at least. I've banked with you, since my teens and worked 20 years with you too. Most disappointed tbh.

    @LloydsBank Sent out to me? I needed access to my account via Internet Banking today. I spent £20 on taxi fare to get to a Lloyds branch to pick one up. What a farce. Mind you, one of the staff held the door open for me. Not impressed with your level of phone support #stafftraining

    @LloydsBank Appalling level of customer support this morning for my business account. 5 calls - cut off twice - 3 conflicting sets of information. I am on crutches post op. I was told I could pick up a card reader twice + no I can't on the 3rd enquiry. Make your mind up.

    @LloydsBank you are suspending peoples accounts,we give u all the info over the phone u still want us to come in branch with many local branches now closed how on earth do u expect a house bound customer to come in.

    @LloydsBank Hi StephenB, glad to here from you, yes I do available login in on my desktop, but my password including symbols when I login in on desktop website, it should be the same on mobile app, however the mobile app not accept symbols.

    @LloydsBank hi Lloyds. New customer and with Club Lloyds account. Is the login the Club Lloyds same as main online? It's not accepting my username and password. Any thoughts?
