    @LloydsBank I recently opened a Club Lloyds acc to switch my old account to it. I received a text the day before the switch was door to go through saying my switch could not be progressed and now when I'm calling your switching team I'm getting no answer. Can you help or call me?

    @LloydsBank yet again shocking service. 60min wait. Rude advisor who doesn’t listen and 4 times had to repeat myself and they still didn’t listen.

    @MoneySavingExp I only use the branch because @LloydsBank refuses to let me act as a Power of Attorney for one of its customers other than by going into the branch - and can’t even do that effectively. So far over £400 given to me in compensation due to their poor service.
