All this because a call claiming to be from Lloyds shows up as “Possible Scam” number and then hung up on me - and now my account is frozen? Customer service = non existent + you are jeopardising people @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Yes, it says 'were calling you now, enter this code when we do' then after a few seconds I get an error message saying 'we couldn't complete the call because we couldn't verify its you'. I thought maybe because it's an international dial tone?

@LloydsBank I went on your website where it asked to change certain details. I was then locked out. Then I rang but the line was closed so rang this morning. The person on the phone just kept asking why I didn’t ring last night, which I couldn’t do when you were closed.

@LloydsBank Thank you. Unfortunately the branch gave him a number to ring re his complaint. On ringing them we have now been told he can go to the branch, they will ring and log the complaint/issue for him. Such a shame the branch failed to assist initially, will try again with the branch.
