@LloydsBank I have a UK mobile and a US mobile. I add my US number but the next time I log on it says it isn’t a valid number for Canada. Same dialing code, different country. I change it back to US so I can proceed, next time I log in same thing happens. Please fix this.

@LloydsBank Having been disconnected mid call with TWO agents (after queuing for 75 and 87 minutes respectively my third call was disconnected before I got through after 14 minutes be. I am abroad with no access to my euro account. This is urgent.

@LloydsBank Mobile, app, desktop all had the same failure. Tried again this morning, but can no longer access the discount it was offering me yesterday. That’s a real shame if I’ve missed out because the button didn’t work!

@ScottishWidows @LloydsBank #clericalmedical. After 52 working days & being told money would be in my account last Friday told today another 20 working days! Staff member Ian Cunningham even admitted he would give it a 50/50 chance of being in my account by then 😡 #poorservice

@LloydsBank I have a premier account. I have been on hold for over 70 mins trying to register new mobile phones and you have cut me off TWICE. This is SHOCKING service and the Covid excuse does not cut it any more 🙄
