@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank Mobile app isn't working at all. Logging into online banking was difficult. Weird pop up asking for username and password appeared while making payment. Deleted it and managed to complete payment before I was logged out by an 'unexpected error'. You have had 24 hours to fix this.

Own it!
