@LloydsBank Yes, which I’ll be charged for and won’t be able to get back to deposit for a week as work till 4pm. Just really frustrating that branch info not updated but they had time to type a sign in the window

@MattyMc87 @LloydsBank I’ve been experiencing the same issue, contacted Lloyds they said nothing had been blocked with them and they were still allowing transactions to binance . After 3 costumer service chats with binance fml😩 they finally said they were blocking transactions from lloyds

@LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.

@lloydsbank I've been on hold waiting for someone to take my urgent call for over 42 minutes. Lord knows what it is costing me. This is just appalling customer 'service'. Online and automated services are not suitable for all enquiries. Sort yourselves out.

@LloydsBank I called 0345 850 5056 the number on your website. It answered but just plays music. No I don’t want to make a claim. With AXA we had to call once a year to advise of booked holidays. This is what I was trying to do. Maybe we don’t have to now ?
