    @LloydsBank I have a clublloyds account - and have just noticed no interest was credited at the beginning of Jan - even though I satisfied the minimum balance requirements. Please can you advise whether you are aware of an issue? If not when will i get the interest due 1st Jan?

    @LloydsBank Sorted now thanks. But it’s taken far too long to get to speak to anyone. Frustrating as no option to email etc either - just phone. Need to improve your service on this aspect please.

    @LloydsBank 14 years banking with Lloyds and I have never received such bad customer service and unwillingness to help out one of their valued customers. I will be switching banks.

    @vuecinemas sort your website please. Didn’t work on Safari (couldn’t choose seats). Impossible to use with @LloydsBank cinema vouchers, not even on PC.

    @LloydsBank I've read through this and at the end of the day I still need to ring the bereavement line. Will wait until I've calmed down. This has all caused me to have a massive meltdown.

    @LloydsBank shockingggg service - go to use Apple Pay and suspended my card. Ring them and said shutting account. Ask why and told don’t have to give a reason. Defo be looking to move
