    @LloydsBank I wouldn’t advice anyone too join this bank for any reason they are whack and inhuman with poor customers care service and bank service I feel terrible for existing customers

    9pm & yet again a message from #LloydsBank excusing themselves from answering the phone. Never had this problem before we left the EU. And don’t blame Covid. Apparently that’s all over. Plus furlough has ended so your staff should be back at work. #BrokenBritain

    @LloydsBank My phone is almost dead I equally I’m not dressed for this meeting wasting my taxi fare and time just sitting without no solution .lloyds bank is not a good bank for customers they are highly slow and not secured ,they don’t care for their customers at all .I wouldn’t advice

    @LloydsBank Your customer would surely appreciate a reassuring call from their bank, notifying them their card has been found and destroyed rather than later being informed their account has been subject to fraudulent activity?

    @LloydsBank I need to speak to someone on behalf of my mother who has parkinsons disease as she got her pin wrong too many times and needs it unlocked she can't manage to call you her self I think she got the numbers the wrong way round can you help?
