    @LloydsBank please can you tell me how I can make a travel insurance claim through my gold account .. the online form isn’t working, I have tried to call twice, first time on Wednesday on hold over 1 hour and yesterday over 3 1/2 hours with no answer.. very disappointed.

    @LloydsBank please employ more telephone operators. The wait for service is interminable. I don’t blame staff for sounding so disaffected. I’m still holding to speak to the fraud line (90 minutes and counting)!!!!!

    @LloydsBank I really need some help, spoke to someone on the phone the other day and had a terrible customer experience and made to feel like a liar. I was then told my complaint will take 40 days to be responded too I can’t afford to wait that long. Just don’t know where to turn

    @LloydsBank I was making a payment from my account to another account as need to pay a service internationally and the other account has better conversion rates and you blocked my entire account.

    @LloydsBank I’ve tried two different browsers and the error message only flashes up and by the time you’ve moved from clicking proceed at the bottom of the page, this message flashes at the top and disappears by the time I have had chance to click .. why can I not speak to someone?

    @LloydsBank Instead of DMing me that you are unable to help and giving me a number that from abroad at least does not work could you actually help? Or does Lloyds as practice block accounts when someone tries to transfer money to another banks account?!?
