@LloydsBank I’ve been with Lloyds nearly 53years and it’s absolutely rubbish now. No local branch, app not reliable, nobody knows who you are anymore. Trying to sort anything out is impossible.

@LloydsBank Thank you for your prompt reply, Gillian. I was just making a general point, on a bad day, it can take 3 or 4 inputs to log in, but I use the app a lot and generally speaking I'm happy with it.
