    @LloydsBank I already have a current account, my partner (different surname) needs to be added to one of my accounts, to use as a joint house keeping account. She’s not a lloyds customer, so was told at the branch we had to make an appointment to see the manager.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I feel your pain. Have been a customer for over 40 years and the service has got steadily more hopeless. Mind you, the staff in the Maldon branch are still doing their best.

    @LloydsBank The department that deals with this was shut all Friday evening. Then the narrow window it is opens on the weekends it was permanently engaged. Even now I cant get through. Call me with an explanation ASAP. This dreadful service

    @LloydsBank Both logins are now sorted but paying for 40 mins with MBNA & then 30 mins today with Lloyds - why didn’t MBNA ask if I was a Lloyds client or indicate my separate login would be affected? Very frustrating to sort out.

    @LloydsBank Sirs. I manage my father's online finances for him and every single time I login it tries to get me to go paper free. But he has no computer or smartphone himself so he needs the paper bills. How do I get it to stop it nagging us?

    @LHRPhotos @LloydsBank Wow. Thanks for the Help. My friend is not on twitter and given @LloydsBank insurance have not caused the urgently needed car repair by the underwriter for my friend a frontline NHS worker I was asked to help raise the case so we get the car repaired so he can go to work

    @LloydsBank hi, it is usual for your contact centre via telephone to ask for 3 digits from my mobile banking memorable information and for the last 4 digits from my debit card whilst discussing a debit card issue? Just checking that these are usual security questions. Thank you.
