@LloydsBank Yes I did.The manager repeatedly tried to convince me to ignore it.On repeating he was irritated. Said he could put initials not stamp.That's not what letter asks for! Would be good if u decide internally before making customer run around.Think best will just close account! ANGRY

@LloydsBank Every time I buy something, I don’t have enough cash, and your debit card overdraft money is temporarily enough to buy things. My bank account was temporarily frozen by you. You dealt with the problem very humanely and unfrozen my account. thanks to your bank 。

@LloydsBank hi, new customer here. cant logon internet banking and its not letting me reset without phoning. when i phone the auto service it says there have been no reset attempts.

@LloydsBank,Sutton Recieved letter from Lloyd's bnk to submit forms with documents certified by Lloyd's branch. Bank manager tried to convince to NOT send the info.On repeated requests Put sign but refused to put in his stamp.Disapointed with treatment.#Poor Service
