    @LloydsBank hi don’t block a card and then don’t answer the phone when trying to get through to the fraud department. Said I will need be on the phone for 1 hour. Been on the call for 35 minutes calling from abroad

    @LloydsBank If I choose fully paper-free service, how will the statement and correspondence be sent to be? Will they be sent to my email address? And if I request a security number after choosing fully paper-free service, is it sent to me by email or still by post?

    Fun Fact: @LloydsBank was founded in London in 1765 and since that date they apparently have never updated their computer systems or processes. Time to use the switch service and run away! Terrible TERRIBLE service

    @martynpick @LloydsBank I just don’t get it. Fine do the checks but don’t make it impossible to sort out. Monzo is a lot better and it’s quickly dealt with
