@LloydsBank hi don’t block a card and then don’t answer the phone when trying to get through to the fraud department. Said I will need be on the phone for 1 hour. Been on the call for 35 minutes calling from abroad

Fun Fact: @LloydsBank was founded in London in 1765 and since that date they apparently have never updated their computer systems or processes. Time to use the switch service and run away! Terrible TERRIBLE service
