    @AskCurve @LloydsBank @imaginecurve Of course that ignores the GDPR compliance issue where you ask the public to contact retailers, take on faith that I am legit, and that someone who’s not me carried out fraud. I’m sure that PCI-DSS compliance would mean they won’t be retaining card details to search

    @LloydsBank I had brilliant customer service and advice today, my mind has totally been out at rest about things. I get very anxious talking about finances and money, but your staff member Alison in the call centre overdraft team has been great.

    @LloydsBank how can I chase a missing currency delivery paid for on Sunday, still not arrived. The branch can't help me and I have no tracking reference as I booked via my banking app. I fly on Friday, so its urgent!!

    I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

    @LloydsBank what’s happening with your fraud detection? I was making a payment to an account in my name to move some money and my access is being suspended and the payment denied? Expected time in queue to speak to someone is 50 minutes??? What’s going on guys

    @LloydsBank Thanks. I've just told my mother to ring Lloyd's and I spoke to the guy on the phone. He couldn't find the cheque on the system and said he couldn't stop it either, telling me to go into branch. My mother is unable to go anywhere at the moment so this is impossible.

    @LloydsBank This is yet another irritation in the endless saga of problems with Lloyds online banking. There's a page within your online banking called "What's new in online banking" but I'd guess that most customers don't need 'new' features, they just want basic reliability and stability.
