    @LloydsBank trying to get remortgage completed but your Optima legal is just terrible! Dragging their feet, failed to complete on set day and don’t reply to messages- inc. complaint. So far, Lloyds side been great,need to raise a complaint with you about them- how do I?

    @BirminghamYeti @HalifaxBank I know mate. But what can you do, the whole @LloydsBank group is toxic as ****. I wouldn't recommend taking out a mortgage with them unless you like being stuck for 15 years in a mortgage prison, and being told "no"

    @LloydsBank It is with Halifax - my point is….how can Sap that leaks from a tree that has been blown down by a storm onto a brand new porcelain patio be classed as “accidental” damage - shame on your company! This is not even about the money it’s principle and you treating me with contempt
