    @IlfordRecorder Should focus on closing the one in Chigwell/Manford way… they are shut most times and rude customer service. So just shut it down as a whole and save some money. @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank So really not ok and not about wait times. Colleague chose not to speak to me for 20 Plus mins while looking for a manager to sign off my complaint cos he didn’t have an update apparently . He knew that. I didn’t . Awful customer service Iain.

    @BBCNews @LloydsBank I think it’s lack of cashiers causing long queues which people have had enough of. If the Cheltenham branch shut down, it would put their customers out their misery.
