    @LloydsBank What a nightmare! I was stuck in a garage for an hour trying to find a way to pay for the service and they would not release my car, all because I wasn’t able to pay through your internet banking. I had to call my friend to pay for me! So frustrating

    @LloydsBank tried to access my online business banking but it's down. Just wanted to say I'm grateful there is message warning me of this when I tried to access it on the app. After many issues with Virgin Money in the past this made a refreshing change to know what the cause was
