stumpy morph (@stumpy_morph) reported@sharpy741 @LloydsBank agree - i've been with lloyds for 40 years, but they are now utter shite.. no branches, no cashpoints, **** customer service, no loyalty. time to take the money elsewhere. btw @LloydsBank , that means you will not benefit from the 7 figure sum sitting in an ISA looking for a home

STUFFED (@StuffedMagazine) reportedThursday. Britain. Recap. @LloydsBank showed everyone’s account to everyone this morning. Helen from Halifax briefly had a million pounds. It was taken back. We are furious on Helen’s behalf. @RoyalMail estimate they will deliver 219 million letters late this year. This is not a crisis. This is a forecast. They have planned to be late. They have scheduled the incompetence. MPs spent the afternoon debating government support for British carnivals in Westminster. Your taxes. Working hard. @Keir_Starmer flew to Cork, held a summit, attended a cultural reception and did not have a Guinness. Some men should not be allowed into Ireland. That’s your Thursday. We’ll see you tomorrow. 📰

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support

LisaS (@ls39767284) reported@LloydsBank No-one is available in the securities team though. Not all last week and not this week either. You are still holding security for loans repaid years ago because our business relationship manager overlooked this. Shocking service!
-
David Joynson (@ChickenGeorge_1) reported@LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.

Fran (@PisanuGmai) reportedWhat’s happening with @LloydsBank ? Yesterday I saw someone else’s account transactions on my online banking. Is the glitch resolved? Also, a number of online services on the app are showing an error message, and they cannot be used.
-
Kim Harris (@Kimindex) reported@LloydsBank Hi I have a general enquiry which your chatline wouldn't help me with. They told me to ring. I don't want to. Can I message you?
-
Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.
