There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

@LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

@LloydsBank I really really want to scream right now. You block my online payment for car hire, get me to call a fraud number and then I am kept on hold now for over 15 minutes. I have lost the car hire price as it has timed out. UNACCEPTABLE

Hi @Morrisons you've cancelled my elderly parents' order twice now. @LloydsBank confirm it is not a banking issue. But every time my parents phone you, you try to tell them it is. Now, I'm inclined to believe a serious bank over your phoneline. Either way, how do we sort it?
