There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

@LloydsBank Trying to reset the online banking password. Got the phone call with 4 digits which was accepted. But then the website directs to me a webpage with an error and a reference number. It says you don’t have my number but you do: you called me to enter the 4 digit code.

@LloydsBank I've tried multiple times to input the code, keypad and voice. I'm trying to access my banking as I've received a letter stating a direct debit has been cancelled but I don't have direct debits on this account.

@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service
