@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank Hello I've tried both and nothing works. I've spoken to someone on the phone and they said there was a block on the account so we will need to phone again in the morning when the fraud department is opened.

@LloydsBank I have done this and now the messages are private I’ve been immediately closed down and told there’s no workaround. How do I escalate this? What do you do if a customer is in a coma for 10 years? I have worked in financial process design and there will be a workaround

@LloydsBank Thanks again Gavin. Now they want me to come into the branch with her with all my ID.She spent over 3 hours with 5 policemen, she pleaded for them to give her some money to get a taxi home or call her a taxi and they said they were unable to help after 25 years of banking there,
