@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank grr on hold for 30 minutes with no answer to try to restore access to my bank account, that I was told would be done a month ago!

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Automated phone messages are endless and designed to make people want to hang up. They want to remove our chnaces of speaking to a human. No accountability you see.
