@LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank really shocked at the service in your Bristol Cabot’s circus branch. The cashier was laughing towards me (not sure why) then was really unfriendly and curt in general. No customer service whatsoever.

@grieve51166 @LloydsBank Government overreach, we had this 2 years when we wanted to buy a small towcar. Our bank asked what we wanted to withdraw the money for? God help us in the future if it's not deemed "appropriate" by the government. We're in a bad place.

@LloydsBank Hi Paul. Yeah I started the switch today and got my account details. When I go on to the app it accepts my login details then asks to set up memorable data, I type in the word, then underneath it asks you to repeat it but it's greyed out and nothing happens when you tap on it.

@LloydsBank so I've started a CASO to you and regretting it already. On the app it's asking me choose memorable data. When it asks to repeat it the box is just greyed out. I've closed the app but it's still the same. Tried to call but your stupid IVR said you couldn't help.

@LloydsBank They say new cards in post. But seemed not to care about my desperate predicament. They have left me scared and very upset. It is bad enough losing your husband but to then be treated sooo badly by your bank. I expected support. I have done nothing wrong but you treat me badly.

@LloydsBank I'm getting sick of doing everything the app tells me I need to do to improve my credit score all it has done is go down 🙃 lovering my score because im not using credit when I am is a joke can't win. experian my score is 987 out of 999 Lloyds score 587🤡 started at 612

@MartinSLewis Got your newsletter this week & thought I'd switch my bank to @BarclaysUK for the free £175. Downloaded their app to find it couldn't verify me & to make appt at a branch. Earliest is August 19th!! Think I'll stick with @LloydsBank who had no problem verifying me.
