@LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@AskNationwide The customer service I have received at the Cannock branch is disgusting. We came to remove my nan’s name from her shared bank account, as she has recently passed away. The staff member was rude and showed no sympathy at all. However, @LloydsBank were fantastic.

@LloydsBank Hi yes I did not receive the one time pass word, tried twice, then rang the fraud number as requested held for 35 minutes no sign of being answered, why? You have my home phone , and my email, I appreciate that they are busy , but no less importantly so are your customers help?

@LloydsBank No it was regarding a request made last year, for an email address to send updates to the specialist support team which I raised a complaint about to which you never responded. And a further request made recently for an email address to send a complaint to.

@LloydsBank Hi Folks, tried to register my Lloyds debit card on Google Pay today - the app wants me to phone you to confirm my identity though, and when I try, I get a message about only contacting on that number when absolutely necessary! Help.I registered my HSBC card via text!
