@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank are a joke, over an hour spent speaking to 3 different departments to call one last department for them to tell me my account isn’t under their control and hang up. Awful customer service wouldn’t recommend.

@HalifaxBank why won't my card work to buy anything online or Apple Pay when I have sufficient funds? It's happening to my partner who banks with @LloydsBank too, is this a known issue across both banks?
