There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

@LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@LloydsBank The current account is in joint names. Account has been registered for Internet banking using one name.. One phone with app. Joint person trying to register the joint account with their own ID, password.Cannot do it. Gone to loyds website to register. Joint name not recognised

@LloydsBank How can you close an acc after an investigation b/c you say the fraudulent transactions were made by them? They were fraud. Your "cust service" staff are rude to this person on the phone when he asks for help & say he has to repay immediately even though he is on ssp.

@LloydsBank I understand that and don’t mind waiting but every time I have called, I either get cut off or sent back to the original department I spoke to. It is impossible to get through to the fraud department who are the only people who can unlock my card. I have given up again.
