    @raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

    @LloydsBank Wrong, it shows the opposite on mine. No access to any current bank account info since Oct 20.

    @LloydsBank If she took another loan to pay it off would you keep the same apr? Of course you wouldn’t, you’d milk as much interest out of her as you can. She always said to me as a loyal customer what a good bank you are. Clearly she was wrong and she’s seeing it now

    @LloydsBank I had a debit card that expired, an automatic renewal of a subscription I forgot to cancel, was taken off that card, 4 months after the card expired, is this an issue people should be made aware of, I assumed an expired card was dead?

    @LloydsBank The service we have experienced using the Ingenico terminal from Lloyds Cardnet First Data has been truly shocking. Far from the 'very popular & easy credit card processing' promised alas!

    @LloydsBank Tried all of that. It just seems as if the whole Lloyds internet banking system is stuck and doesn’t know how to proceed when I log in. It’s very frustrating and spending 50 minutes on hold isn’t what I really want to be doing when this is Lloyds issue..

    @LloydsBank It was a “sorry we’re having technical difficulties” script - could only see/transfer between my accounts. All other recipients weren’t visible - just the error messages. I shut the app down a couple of times and it’s working now. Literally every IT problem… Thanks Brian.

    @LloydsBank Hi Ste. No text which is weird. Phone convo said they'd seen no attempt at a transaction which would explain it. I've tried again and been in touch with them, still error/declined by issuer. Removed card with them for now and I'll try again in day or two.

    @LloydsBank Hi again Colin. Just had a good chat with someone over phone who's cleared things up, no known issues and can't see any attempt of a payment, must be @cryptocom . I'll have a look with them again. Thank you.
