Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank URGENT MESSAGE TO LLOYDS BANK: You need to be making hourly update statements, as this has been down ALL day. At a time where most payments are electronically made, such errors and non-communications are unacceptable, as people are reliant on such apps with fewer branches! 🤬
