    @raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

    @LloydsBank The account was created by my dad for me when I was a child and I recently gained access to it. There has been money going into it every month for 20 or so years. I have been unable to make a transaction since gaining access and going into branch.

    @LloydsBank I been using Relay UK never had anyone available or a very long waiting time (holding) just that when I was asked to take down the original app down and load on a new app and then whole thing went wrong and someone thinks it’s security issue or whatever gone on.

    @jesslambwrites @LloydsBank Agreed. I have been scammed and massively in overdraft. I am still waiting on Lloyds bank to support or reply to my emails, phone calls and complaints as funds are still being taken from my account.
