Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@LloydsBank ++ to your telephone and when i call customer service, they told me that the only way to certify that I still exist is by visiting the branch. So, I was really very surprised to see that although there are many ways to do this proof, how come a bank still wants me ++

@LloydsBank Ok - got through. Apparently it’s @Apple pay fraud detection - person travels after 2 years of lockdown surprise ! - and there is no way of stopping this block.
