Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@LloydsBank Please can someone help? My login details have been suspended. I ring the number, go through the process and get told to reset online. I go to reset my details online only to be notified that I have to call the number I just called. Going round in circles… help!

In case anyone is interested, when @LloydsBank reply to a customer service related tweet saying “we’re really sorry to hear about…… please DM us”, what they really mean is “Stop complaining publicly, do it in private” - so they can send you the templated “tough ****” response.

@LloydsBank Hi. Is there an issue with your android app at the moment. Son trying to open an instant access savings account, but when he clicks on apply now, it just takes him to a screen not loading. Works fine on my iPhone. Thanks.
