After being a personal & biz customer for 25 years and after two months of deplorable customer service with no follow up/return calls, it’s time to switch from @LloydsBank as they are definitely not ‘by your side’

@LloydsBank I’ve been on the phone an hour again and no one wants to do anything about it. I’m livid this is appalling service . The money was taken back with no notice given the direct debit guarantee states any wrongful payments will have to be returned when the company ASKS.

@LloydsBank When I try to open it accepts my biometric login then crashes. I havent had a chance to try web login yet. Whats the point of an app if you cant use it? Have you not seen the comments on the playstore?
