Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@LloydsBank still can’t believe how rude the cashier was in Bognor to an old lady in there 80’s. She was rude, aggresive, and patronising. How they have a job is beyond me! Pathetic, they clearly don’t do customer service training! Sort it out.

@LloydsBank We have to use the old billing address, otherwise the transaction declines. It’s what happened with my wife’s card. I’ve had a similar problem updating my Experian credit file as they ask for proof via debit card. And it declines it just to mismatch of information

@LloydsBank Well what it is, we moved house last week so I updated our address on the lloyds bank online banking site. But on paying for something online the other day, our billing address for our card is still linked to our old address.
