@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

Thanks @LloydsBank for your advice when I called and asked if you had an interest free savings account option and you bluntly said no. I then asked how can you help me in this regard and you said go to another bank. Anyway thanks for your advice I did!

In total, 3 phone calls to the support, 3 visits to a physical branch just to open a simple bank account. In short @LloydsBank, I'm very disappointed by how your sign up process is cumbersome, overly complicated and definitely not client-friendly 8/9

@LloydsBank Your online banking service is having issues this morning. Very slow to login. Cannot transfer money (no error, just times out). Account information and transactions sometimes not loading reliably.

@LloydsBank I can't login into the app. One of three things happen: 1) I get technical error message 2) I get in but v.slow and then it says no internet connection Same with the website as well. V.Slow and I eventually get error message
