    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank So I was told it would be open today. Went to the branch. And guess what - no counter service. Seriously, LBG communications is utterly worthless and misleading to customers. Another #servicefail

    @LloydsBank After answering all the questions she confirmed that the problem is sorted, yes, it was working in the first place but then again after not even 24 hours I’m having the same issue. Seriously this is frustrating, I have to pay a debt!!!!

    @LloydsBank so fed up with having my debit card declined for no apparent reason and the ridiculous wait to speak to someone over the phone, I can't access my own money! Switching accounts is in progress, I've been a customer for over 40 years but this is the final straw 😡👋💨

    @LloydsBank shocking service from your telephone banking dept. Total of 50 mins on phone to ask a simple question, 1st guy didn’t have a clue, cut off and had to call back and wait again. The lady who eventually answered the 2nd call literally answered the question in seconds. 😠
