Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

Simon 🤖 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

LisaS (@ls39767284) reportedIf you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.

The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.

After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues
