    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Holy crap, just tried it on the @LloydsBank banking app and I can see the pin codes on my debit and credit card. No ID check beyond login. That's insane!!! So Lloyds customers are just as vulnerable. How do banks think this is okay?!

    @MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear about this. My back at @LloydsBank managed to refund the fraud to me when I got scammed - a much better service than @santanderuk who appear to be on another side (not their customer‘s)

    @LloydsBank 03453000000, the customer service number which appears online and on my app. My card doesn’t work via contactless or chip and PIN as the card is immediately rejected before being asked for a PIN number. It has been 3 days since I’ve been able to access money

    @LloydsBank can you advise if there are any problems with the internet banking app? My dad is having problems making payments to a new payee and it won’t display his account balance! This has been going on since Friday

    @LloydsBank Hi, is there any way someone can help without having to call? Don't really want to spend any money waiting in a queue… My replacement credit card won't work anywhere, but my account says it's active and there's nothing I need to do but start using it… Frustrating!

    @LloydsBank I'm unable to use my card as you suspect fraudulent activity. I have now been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor for 1 hour & 10 mins. Surely if you block my card, you should call me? I was the person trying to make a purchase & now Im stuck on hold. Advice?

    @LloydsBank Just as he said he was removing the block on my account, I got disconnected. After 2 hours on the phone. At this point it would be quicker to open an account with another bank and use that to pay
