@LloydsBank I’m having an issue where your bank has given me a new card that I did not order and then I proceed to get charged for something I never paid for and now I’m trying to block the card and it won’t work, I also tried calling up but it just cancels I’m so lost rn

@LloydsBank @AhmadGudal You are truly funny. Customers are actually sorry for depositing money at your bank. 90 minutes to answer a phone call and a intimidating messaging service what a combination! I have never been to a bank in 2 years, but if I had to its not going to be with a service like this

@LloydsBank hi none of the apps on my phone are authorising the use of my debit card. I've rang you and there's no problem with my card but the apps keep saying to contact my bank?

@LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me la fortune.

@LloydsBank Yes. On a laptop all is ok, but using website on my phone doesn’t give me the Green arrow for one of my accounts. Thé same account gives errors in the app, but works from a laptop.
