    Heads up if you're with @LloydsBank: spent 2wks unable to access online banking (desktop & app). Just on phone for 1hr trying to sort & realised setting VPN to the UK worked. Asked if it was new policy to block customer access to accounts when outside the UK and he hung up on me!

    @LloydsBank App functioning as expected. So… clearly something happened that wasn’t meant to happen. I believe the fact I followed the link in the email, opened the App, rather than the web site. If I follow the link from desktop email, it launches web site, and I can log in.

    @LloydsBankBiz I see on Trustpilot, that you have reached 82% Bad Customer Service, so looks as though I will have to go to my MP, and Ombudsman to get this sorted..Ive added my review on Trustpilot by the way> LloydsBank are useless - Disgraceful!
