@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@bam57581565 @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank How hard is it to manage accounts and log jobs etc? Incompetence in large companies is getting worse, and when it involves banks can be disastrous when ppl are unable to access their money.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Try @Virginmedia their poor customer service is at another level entirely. Their broadband when it works is fantastic. BUT the moment you need customer service, incompetence. Time is profit, right person 15 mins. Wrong 10 hours. Do the business maths, who deserves the job?
