@LloydsBank It seems I need to request a ‘one off’ password to regain access to my internet banking. Apparently, it’s going to take over 20 minutes for someone to be free to answer my call. I don’t have 20 minutes to wait. What do you suggest? Can I request this another way?

@LloydsBank I don't use the app. Is there anywhere i could leave feedback on the website? Also, you should really look to add it in. While better than none at all, SMS 2fa is really isn't as safe as we're made to believe.

@LloydsBank Ridiculous that your Scottish customers can no longer close their accounts without travelling to England. Support in getting an account closed would be appreciated as making a 250 mile journey during a pandemic isn’t exactly ideal

@LloydsBank - a few of us in France are not receiving authentication telephone calls in time (if ever) to be able to key in the code on the screen to log in to phone banking. One was told that you were having technical problems. Can you confirm if the issue is resolved please?
