@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

@LloydsBank Claire I’ve just tried what you have suggested - it asked for the name, dob and account number and sort code. The Lloyds website stated that it did not recognise the account?!?

@LloydsBank What is all this nonsense about FATCA & CRS received in the post this morning? Telling someone born in England, lived here all her life and been a Lloyds customer for forty years that you suspect she’s an American citizen and a foreign tax resident is simply absurd.

@LloydsBank The issue is solely online payments so not sure how to resolve this. Every single 'rejected transaction' works fine with every other bank card I've used so clearly a problem with Lloyds and not my browser/device. (2/2)

@LloydsBank I closed it because I was sick of the poor service. You issued me a cheque with the balance. I cannot cash it because my new account is online only. I just rang up & was told the chq is over 6 months now so tough which is bollox!

@LloydsBank Neither of us have received these details so I can’t set up his on line banking. His card and PIN have arrived and he has been using it but no joy with the user ID. Could you help with that? Maybe re-send the details to my son and/or myself?
