@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

Branches closed down.. Church Village,Talbot Green,Pontyclun,Tonyrefail,Cowbridge, Whitchurch, Bridgend & Treforest Ind est.. been into Pontypridd today, temporary shut. I've got a @LloydsBank credit card to pay. Can you send your CEO around, I've got cash for him. 😠

@LloydsBank just been told my help to buy I've saved for 4 years is being refused because NO ONE at your bank thought to inform me there is a cap on the value of the property you buy?? House prices have sky rocketed during the pandemic I've now got to fork out nearly £3000 extra!

@LloydsBank I set up the account over the phone. No one told me anything to do with valuation of property and no one sent me t&c for this account (I've checked all online logs) you guys didn't do your due diligence and now I'm nearly £3000 extra down

@LloydsBank I closed my business account with you yesterday, but today you've tried to charge me £7. The account is empty, not in use, and should be closed. Can you clear it up for me why you are charging me for this service?

@LloydsBank The transfer cannot take place due to the account being ‘blocked’ despite assurances from the branch manager that blocks had been lifted. Totally unacceptable failure of communication between depts and hopeless customer service
