@LloydsBank how can your “international payments help desk” be unaware of the express same day option?? 🤔

@LloydsBank So I've downloaded Firefox on windows now. This tries to forward me to a new page to give me the first part of my recovery code, rather that launch a pop-up. That server has crashed as it sits there waiting to connect, then times out.

@LloydsBank Hi, I’ve tried Safari on my iPhone and Chrome and Safari on my iPad and they are all giving the same error message. I haven’t called because I’m out of the country at the moment.

@LloydsBank I’ve already tried this and have been told I can’t be helped. I was told I must go into a branch and when I did I was told nothing can be done by a rather unsympathetic manager at the Kingston branch. This is the first time I’ve ever really needed help from @LloydsBank. Terrible

So it seems if you are with @TSB or @LloydsBank they will help you out if someone fraudulently scams you, but NOOOO, not @StarlingBank. They couldn't seem to care less. Noted, I shall not be using them anymore!

@LloydsBank my card has been declined several times recently. Apple Pay and using chip and pin. Sufficient funds and card up to date. Can you help?

@LloydsBank Lloyds say this is a policy block from Apple. Apple say Lloyds declined the transaction. I’ve tried the transaction with a TSB debit card through Apple Pay and it worked. I’m not going to keep buying stuff just to test things that you and Apple should be able to resolve.

@LloydsBank That’s who I spoke to but not a comfortable experience. So you can’t help me as there seems to be no record of the cheque being presented. The letter saying the cheque had been stopped is ref 2210910MSG13COR2141 from Lloyds bank
