@LloydsBank 3 weeks trying to change my address as it doesn't appear on the app! Can't get through on phones and messaging you just get told to phone. Terrible service!

@LloydsBank Almost every day it says failure to load every day offers, so I miss out on them . It takes ages to load log in screen. Log in often says ‘ failure we are having technical difficulties ‘

@LloydsBank I've had a similar problem with HSBC, but they weren't rude to me when I went into the branch. That's the real issue here. If I'd spoken to a member of your staff in that manner, security would have asked me to leave. Personally, I think you should be asking her to leave
