I go to enter the amount and the keyboard doesn’t appear and then freezes the app? It’s been intermittent the last few days.

So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".

Andrew Moore (@AndrewM54363806) reported@garabaldired @LloydsBank I spoke to them again on Thursday Shuan. They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.
