@LloydsBank Quick question - my secondary credit card works getting a statement from a cash machine but comes up "unsupported" when using it in a shop. Any ideas on how to solve this issue so the card can be used?

@LloydsBank Much appreciated but i spoke to the online team and they said i have to do it at a branch.. look after they saw my account that's when their attitude changed, first time ever where I'm not working thru some rough time but that doesn't mean I'm not a human being.

@LloydsBank My husband debit card has been retained. Poor customer care service waited like 1.5 hours on a waiting call and received a reply. We don’t know call tomorrow by 9am. Can u pls tell me y card has been retained even though we have enough balance ? Thank you
