@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Indeed… so I can’t pay a cheque in today or most of next week because there is no useful branch service from Lloyds. Seems there is little benefit to holding a Lloyds bank account.

@LloydsBank Right what the hell is going on my account is back up but my transfer that I made over 2 and half hrs ago is not in my account now I am truly screwed never had this issue with transfers its usually instant

@LloydsBank what's the point in having a secure login/password if it won't accept it. I've been trying to read a pdf for hours now. Reset the password a few times as well and still can't access the secure portal. Please don't ask me to call you.

@LloydsBank Tried 4 different browsers to log on to internet banking. "There's a problem... 1400004 : We’re sorry but Internet Banking is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Absolutely pathetic, been like this for 2 weeks. Your bank SUCKS .
