    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank what is going on with commercial banking login? Attempted on different browsers but same issue - security message 'we will never' etc cannot be acknowledged and closed. HELP! Can see accounts totals in background but can't access banking features

    @LloydsBank It was more his demeanor that suggested my simple requests were hard work as he had to speak to another department. Not the attitude I would expect from someone working in customer service. I've worked in this field too and never made anyone feel like I didn't have time for them.

    @LloydsBank ..and no he didn't complete my request. Despite my asking if I would be quicker doing it myself through online banking, he ignored me and put me on hold for ages before returning to the call to say I had to do it online. Disappointing service @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank 48 minutes and counting. That’s how long it’s been waiting for the fraud department to answer and open my internet banking app. 48 minutes. I have given up 5 times in 3 days. Don’t suspend accounts if you’re not going to be available to fix it.

    @LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

    i do feel really let down by #LloydsBank in relation to my mother's death. i did everything they asked and they still haven't bothered communicating to me.

    @LloydsBank Ive been accepted for access online to a CIO account as Treasurer. Says the security device will be posted within 7 days. Which address would you have posted it to?

    @LloydsBank No. It’s to do with the mere fact it makes it much easier for customer to enter the branch. Not to mention customers with physical ailments to gain easy access to the branch. Before COVID, it was open daily. Shut because of COVID. All COVID restrictions are now lifted…
