@DanopticXO @anthslife @LloydsBank But they defaulted customer accounts to allow login without the password and just 3 letters from your memorable information. That's weaker than any password.

@LloydsBank the year is 2026 and in order to get a loan you have to rely on posted application forms as their online app for a loan doesn't work. What a joke, plus customer service no help, loyal customer over 25 years #shambles

@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.

WARNING. Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update. @LloydsBank Why the hell have you weakened the security on millions of accounts without asking customers?

@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

@EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.

@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months.
