@LloydsBank just opened a esaver account but not showing in the app as need to put money in. is it not showing because the app has a red note popping up with haveing problems seem to be haveing them along time?

In some shock concerning my experience with @LloydsBank today, it was beyond a nightmare. What is wrong with their systems? Started calling them at 4 and finally resolved the immediate issue just after 7pm and 9 or 10 calls (2 of which were cut off). Pheww.... #CustomerServiceNot

"we are experiencing extremely high call volumes". I am experiencing extreme frustration @LloydsBank are having a laugh. I started calling them at 16:00 - I am on the phone now still 18:36. They told me the issue had been resolved it had not. Is this my 7th/8th call? What next?

@LloydsBank I am using an iPhone XS, software iOS 15.4.1 (latest available), and I still cannot log in via the mobile app. I need to change my phone number because I no longer have access to the one I registered with. Is there another way I can do it without using the app, please?

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Wait until the Internet shut down as predicted by the WEF. No credit card transactions, no ATMs, no longer any bank branches to draw cash, supply chain fail, no wages and worst of all, people won't be able to post what they had for lunch.

@LloydsBank I’m working in the USA & Canada, using my debit card. I’ve received a voicemail about from the fraud prevention team. My card isn’t being used by anyone but myself. I can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone, is there an email to contact to resolve this?

Lloyds Bank. Trying to update additional cardholder details. Can't do it online. Wrong phone number on website. Half hour wait. Redirected. 10 minute wait. Told can't do it on phone - need 'higher level of security'. Need to go into branch. Pathetic. Get a grip guys. #lloydsbank
