@LloydsBank Hi, I am not getting an error message. It allows me to take a photo the front and back of the cheque. When you tap review it goes back to main screen. I am trying to deposit £259!

@tacgul @LloydsBank Let's create a group here or on TG to hire the top law firm to litigate. I have wasted too many hours of my life talking to their useless support. They know nothing about banking. Drives me up the walls. @LloydsBank ruins my health and peace.

@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. On hold for 45 minutes and when I finally speak to someone I get cut off. Ring back and told its atleast 45 minute wait - could your staff not ring people back?

@LloydsBank my son who is 17 has a students account just had a charge off amozon in the us we tried to report it after 45 mins on hold the guy told him to call amozon whitch is impossible why cant he just cancel the card and send a new one ?

@LloydsBank just had a call claiming to be from your Fraud department. Had some information about me and my account. Said was working from home and could not call back. Too long a wait on your phones, but I'm concerned
