    @LloydsBank Hi, I am not getting an error message. It allows me to take a photo the front and back of the cheque. When you tap review it goes back to main screen. I am trying to deposit £259!

    @LloydsBank What about out of branch services!! For the housebound and disabled?? oh and for people bedbound and dying?? there isnt any!!! What good is in branch help for people like me......

    @RevRichardColes @LloydsBank This will save you money, time, patience and will free up the line for customers aren't online. I solved problems with the Royal Mail and BT this way when it proved impossible to get through.

    @LloydsBank Hi Caroline After 2 hours of been back and forth and rejected calls, I finally got this sorted this was due to suspected fraud with my card and has been unlocked. I am confused still why the bank never called me to discuss why my card had issue and it was down to me to call u.

    @LloydsBank Your lines are IMPOSSIBLE to get through to. I have been on hold endlessly, all weekend. The only time I got an answer the line promptly went dead. I appreciate you are busy, and only have so many staff to answer calls, but this is just silly.

    @LloydsBank @PaulineWinrow Did the error say it was by joining the crap bank in the 1st place. It was a shame when them and TSB parted ways it meant there was 2 bad banks instead of one.

    Hi @LloydsBank I've got a cheque I'm trying to deposit on the app but it keeps coming up with an error that it cannot read it. It's in Welsh, is this a problem on the app? If I take it into a branch will I be able to deposit it?

    @RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Each time I have been on hold and been told that a company are experiencing an unusually high number of calls , I say to the operative “no, you do not have enough staff answering call - don’t blame the customer for your poor service” !!!
