@LloydsBank Hi, I am not getting an error message. It allows me to take a photo the front and back of the cheque. When you tap review it goes back to main screen. I am trying to deposit £259!

@LloydsBank can someone help me out? I’ve had transactions flagged last week, and apparently I HAVE to call to verify them but every time I do it’s an hour wait. I just got through to someone, they said they were transferring me to fraud dept. And got told its another hour wait.

@monzo Visually impaired and so after 4 days I am STILL waiting for some form of customer service. This is a complete and utter joke. I probably wouldn’t get this from @LloydsBank. Monzo you discriminate against those with additional needs!

@LloydsBank Hi Scott. Thank you for your help. I have raised a complaint with the Branch Manager who is dealing with this. Felt that customer service should be customer focused, friendly and polite. Was made feel unwelcome and small. No apology received and considering of moving accounts

@LloydsBank And I replied to you also, the "solution" you provided is not a solution at all as i am not a Lloyds bank customer (thankfully), therefore please escalate this matter and ensure that the letters stop coming to my address for someone who has not lived there for more than 15yrs! 🤬
