    @LloydsBank Hi, I am not getting an error message. It allows me to take a photo the front and back of the cheque. When you tap review it goes back to main screen. I am trying to deposit £259!

    Why do @AvantiWestCoast settle delay repay claims by cheque during a period of postal strikes (which I support)? They tell me they do this because the bank credit card (@LloydsBank) I used to pay for my ticket won't accept refunds! Is this true @LloydsBank ?

    @LloydsBank Well I’ve just spoken to a gentleman on your customer services line & he said this is not the case.I need to reorder.This would be fine if I knew that.I ordered it a week ago,which because of your 10working days turnaround and the added postal strikes means I don’t have it.

    @LloydsBank The reason it looks like phishing that it only contains a call to action. No explanation as to why. "must login to your account by clicking on this link" It would be better to make secure email easy to find on the website and direct people there.

    @LloydsBank That is a good way however I have not been able to access it for the past couple of days - keeps telling me there is a technical difficulty!! With Christmas days away it’s good to know what is due to go out so I can manage the pennies
