    @LloydsBank I'm in Australia and your security call to confirm a transaction is not working? I give it my number, I get a call from +443453002752, I answer there is no sound from the call & it hangs up after 4 seconds. Tries call again automatically 3 times

    @LloydsBank asking “How do you spell Denmark?”, and dog only knows what they made of the letter ø which forms part of the address (København). Plus the advisor going silent on me several times while they (slowly) wrote it down on a post it.

    @LloydsBank Been on the phone to you for over 2hr20min. First 20min wait I was warned about, 50min transfer I was warned about, asked about hold time before next transfer and told 0-5min. It's been over an hour! I'm having an anxiety attack thinking my issue won't get resolved!

    @LloydsBank “we are experiencing exceptionally high volumes of calls today” ……. No you aren’t … you are running a skeleton service which is continually swamped. Get service back to pre-pandemic levels and stop the same lies whenever you call !

    @LloydsBank My card is repeatedly being declined for online purchases. There is sufficient money in the account. I have tried ringing the phone line to no avail multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

    @LloydsBank morning, I’m trying to buy euros via John Lewis but Lloyds, my bank, want to send a validation code for the purchase. Problem is the validation code never arrives. Is there an issue on your side?
