    @HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank A bank branch needs people to be out and about… This is just cheap campaigning. It’s not aimed at tackling a problem or exploiting an opportunity. Utterly regressive - hence Luddite. You’ll note neither Councillor will step up and defend this.

    @Danielwalshx @LloydsBank Clearly not resolved. I have been checking account all morning and nothing. Give it a couple of hours when more people query it then the problem won’t be resolved

    @LloydsBank Thank you, it’s just very frustrating especially given the issues they had written to me about - which was a complete shambles on Lloyds part - I wanted to get it resolved - I will call them tomorrow but it’s not a very impressive performance on their behalf.

    @HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank I most certainly do - I do a lot of voluntary work around improving online literacy and educating vulnerable people on cyber safety. Fixing access to the internet should be the priority rather than trying to dictate how private companies are run. But petitions are cheap…

    @karendalmeny @LloydsBank Similar tale in Totton, Karen. I don't think that's a million miles from you, but they are going down like dominoes. Their attitude stinks when you complain. They treat you like a criminal, not a customer

    @LloydsBank can you advise how I make a complaint about the service you are providing. I have spoken to 12 advisors already over the space of 2 days at over an hour at a times to try and get to the right dept and I get fobbed off every time!!!!

    @chey_cobb @LloydsBank The relentless upselling is GRRR. Even when you call, with a problem they are still trying to get you to buy more. They are trying to maximize every interaction for revenue & since few people deal with anything resembling a sales rep, the support call is in fact, a sales call
