    @LloydsBank I have. Working 12/day and being a carer limits phone time options. I don’t know why your system is suddenly refusing my payments, despite adequate funds being available. I do know I’m going to look elsewhere for banking services that will allow me to spend my own money.

    @LloydsBank Hi you did a payment in error form for me for £1029.16/confirmed it is an NS &I account but not the tax free childcare one I intended. I had 1 wrong no on the sort code (72 instead of 71). Is it fraud if @hrmccustomers are telling me on here it isn't to do with them?

    @LloydsBank So. New card ordered. Same old problems! First online transaction tried... "There seems to have been an error taking your payment. The reason supplied: 3D-Authentication failed. Cannot authorise this card." I'm absolutely sick of this now. Someone needs to call me

    @LloydsBank No. We have a work around but there is an issue with your authentication system calling Aussie mobiles.

    Trying to report a credit card fraud with #lloydsbank and we’ve been on hold for 125 minutes! They’re exceptionally busy allegedly, reality is that only two ppl working the night shift. There has to be a better quicker way to deal with this surely?
