@LloydsBank We know some of our customers are having problems logging onto Internet and Mobile Banking at the moment. We're sorry for this and we're working to have it back to normal soon. #takingthepiss

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Automated phone messages are endless and designed to make people want to hang up. They want to remove our chnaces of speaking to a human. No accountability you see.

@Lynzyhope @LloydsBank Yup. They've a message on that says it's down which is something I suppose. It's never been the most reliable of App though even in the best of times.

@AgnesWaxOOO @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank As someone who used to investigate complaints for a living, and wrote procedures in Policy after that, I endorse all of the above feedback. I had no problem with angry customers. I had a major problem with colleagues, especially senior management, who clearly didn’t give a damn.

Normal people must not stop reacting normally. Tell others what's happened to you. Don't accept low standards from corporate services or anything or anyone else. Call out poor service - as I've had from @LloydsBank bank recently (85 minutes on phone today). Praise good service.
