@LloydsBank Oh and FYI it is the 3D secure authorisation page where you enter the security number, no problems before today and it isn't working on any website! My card isn't blocked! Sick to death of this with you guys! GET IT SORTED NOW!!!

@LloydsBank Phone insurance claim made 4 weeks ago, agreed next day - still "processing" NOBODY to contact, all emails from non-return addresses. 46 mins on hold so far this morning chasing up. Zero customer service.

Two weeks again I was re-issued a new @LloydsBank debit card, and today I've had it cancelled AGAIN because somebodys had my details... 😡 Thankfully they noticed but this getting ridiculous. Don't need this working away from home without access to cash #lloydsbank #bank #idtheft

@LloydsBank What do I do if I no longer have access to the phone, for example if it is stolen? How could I revoke the card on that device then (but not affect another device I do have)?
