    @Apple @AppleSupport @LloydsBank I’ve spent the best part of my Saturday morning trying to resolve a declined payment via Apple Pay to my bank account. Lloyds blames Apple, Apple blames Lloyds. The worst customer experience with both of you. You need to fix this.

    Please take note tweeterratti that you will get no help from @LloydsBank on here and try to get someone on phone or an email who can answer a simple question. I would take my account elsewhere but this bank is not the only one with poor relations

    Recovering your @LloydsBank Investments acc is impossible. The site gives you half a temp paswd. Cust services says 'you have to turn on 'pop-ups' (which turns the web into a hellscape). It doesn't work. The website says Sat call hrs 9am and 1pm. When you call, they are closed.

    @LloydsBank I had an internet banking problem on Friday evening. I called your help desk and my issue was handled by a chap called ‘Joe’. He had a W. Midlands accent. He was friendly, brilliant and extremely professional. He sorted out my problem. Just thought I’d mention it 👍.

    @LloydsBank I’m trying to switch my current account to you using the switch service. When putting in the details of my old account it doesn’t recognise the sort code and asks for a valid sort code. I’m inputting the 6 digit sort code. What else can I do?

    @LloydsBank Only the Edge browser said that. All other systems attempt to get a temp pass from a server that has crashed. And 7 days for access to stock markets is crazy. Any trades you want to make will be 7 days out of date! I suggest you ask your tech dept to reboot the recovery server.

    @LloydsBank been trying to get in touch with you through phone but no one ever picks up or it says everyone is busy. I want to open a new account and doesn’t work at all . so need help x

    So it seems if you are with @TSB or @LloydsBank they will help you out if someone fraudulently scams you, but NOOOO, not @StarlingBank. They couldn't seem to care less. Noted, I shall not be using them anymore!
