@Ryanair Charged my credit card without authorisation (tried to book a flight 3 times; page returned error each time saying booking failed and to try again. So I booked elsewhere). @LloydsBank can I get the charge cancelled at your end? Ryanair refusing to refund.

Absolutely rubbish experience at @LloydsBank. Their anti-fraud department locked my access and it's taken days to resolve it, including multiple visits to the branch.
