    @LloydsBank @clachanlodge Again best tell your helpline as they haven't got a clue. The final straw for me was when I was asked to clear my cookies, as if that would cause an "internal" server error.

    @FixedOnGSGS_ @Agent_Bzz @LloydsBank Yep I can't even log on, I phoned the helpline and they were hopeless, asked me to log on using another device after I told them, I got an internal server error, then asked me to clear my cookies, that was the final straw. I hung up on them.
