    @Ryanair Charged my credit card without authorisation (tried to book a flight 3 times; page returned error each time saying booking failed and to try again. So I booked elsewhere). @LloydsBank can I get the charge cancelled at your end? Ryanair refusing to refund.

    @LloydsBank I know how to spot scam emails, it just doesn’t help when your emails don’t include any of my personal information and there is a link to setup a password/download a pdf.

    @LloydsBank why is it so hard to book an appointment as a new customer to open a joint account!! 😭😭 I've spent 20 minutes trying to get pass the automated machine which clearly doesn't work

    @LloydsBank hi, I hope you can help. I have several pre-orders with a company that I believe is trying to dissolve. They take money up front for the pre-orders and wondered how to get my money back. I have emails and order numbers.

    Absolutely rubbish experience at @LloydsBank. Their anti-fraud department locked my access and it's taken days to resolve it, including multiple visits to the branch.
