    How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

    @LloydsBank Yes fraud team made the decision although I have provided crime ref number etc. so it just boils down to anyone being able to use my card and me being penalised for it!

    @LloydsBank what can you do as my bank to support me with money that was taken out of my account for a booking which does not exist? I booked a fast track passport application apt on the HMPO website and they took my money but confirmation of booking was sent!

    @LloydsBank It is one payment made. It is purely a Lloyds bank issue. The message is from Lloyds website that I can not make another debit card payment. No notifications from the two cards I tried.

    @LloydsBank payment authorisation blocked. Now waiting an hour for call centre to pick up. Totally support extra authorisation checks, but there are clearly consequences in terms of additional need to contact you. I was given no other option but to call. Time-limit on booking...

    @LloydsBank what’s with having your self service cash pay-in machines out of action again in Gloucester Eastgate Street? Then only having one member of staff on the desk to process 80% of work that should be largely self-service. You’ve been ace but letting the side down now.

    @stephan78044886 @LloydsBank This letter was sent to my mum. If it’s genuine why is it signed Robert Fletcher Customer Services Operations Director when that’s not his title? And why is it not copied into my mum’s internet banking inbox when all other Lloyds correspondence is?

    @LloydsBank On my personal bank where the payment is coming from (HSBC) it shows the next working day payment pending which is the Lloyds payment which should of been changed to the 1st of the month.
