@LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

@LloydsBank #lloyds I have not placed an order with Deliveroo yesterday and the some of MCD’S items where missing, Iv contacted them and they do not want to help. Either the driver has had them away or mistake lies with the restaurant. Either way Iv not revived what I paid for

@LloydsBank My account was suspended on Thursday with no warning. Called and asked to go into branch. Went to branch they said to call. Called again they said they can’t help I can try branch again. All the meanwhile I have bills and rent to pay. Shocked at this poor service!

@LloydsBank Current hold time is 1 hour 20 mins to find out about fraud on my card and unblock or .. seriously 1 hour 20 mins .. that's just outrageous.. I would be very concerned about that to be honest very very concerned that you fraud help line has a 1 hour 20 min wait time

Can someone please help? @LloydsBank. Made a payment to @RevolutApp. Showing as declined on Revolut side but my Lloyds account has been debited. Neither customer service can help me and are saying to talk to the other. What am I meant to do? I have lost £250 using your services

@LloydsBank I tried the one next door...Its out of cash. Not upur fault, but can I pay my taxi fare by my card, is paying with card effected whilst my banks say NA? Another customer said he couldn't use their card to pay for food when their account says NA.

@LloydsBank very disappointed that after 20 years of household and contents insurance with you, you have increased our annual policy by 60% £1k per year and your customer service say our only option is to reduce to less cover - we will be looking elsewhere -loyalty means nothing

@Tesco @LloydsBank 3 days later and I still have a £120 pending charge on my account from Tesco pay at pump. Ironically I cannot afford to purchase petrol today. Thankfully pay day tomorrow. Ridiculous situation and no help from merchant or bank both blaming each other
