    @LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

    soo - how good is this for cust service @LloydsBank ? nrly 2 hrs on hold cos card blocked for trying to buy stuff bought loads of times before. SHOCKING TREATMENT

    @LloydsBank is there a special line for elderly customers to call - my neighbour Rita was on hold for 2 1/2 hours this afternoon. She’s 87 with MS so can’t go to a bank, doesn’t have internet banking and missed countdown to sit on hold (the best part of her day). Any help?

    @LloydsBank PS: Think that Lost Cards fits much better under Account Services (alongside Replacement Cards) rather than under Help - you don't expect to find actual functionality in the Help section

    @LloydsBank No message came up when I logged into the app, no. It also said I didn't need to open the app for the record, but I did log in to see what might happen.

    @LloydsBank Hello. Whenever I try to log in, either on the mobile app or in the browser, I get an error message. "App launch failed, error 1007" on the app and "Sorry, we've had to log you off, Error: 1007 for browser"
