    @LloydsBank #lloyds I have not placed an order with Deliveroo yesterday and the some of MCD’S items where missing, Iv contacted them and they do not want to help. Either the driver has had them away or mistake lies with the restaurant. Either way Iv not revived what I paid for

    @LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

    @LloydsBank Thanks so much Margaret! He was so good! I couldn't praise him enough! I was in what feels like a bad situation & he took the time to help me work through my next move. He didn't have to do that, it didn't involve the bank but he gave me time. Time is precious & I appreciate it.

    @LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank I have tried an English and American SIM card and I cannot physically call this number. You have blocked access to my banking without any explanation and any means of resolution. I will have no money in a foreign country due to your terrible policies

    @LloydsBank I'd like to rename my account, "Bank loses data, loses Registered Mail, & blocks access"! I'm sure that'd 'motivate' me? This bank is a security nightmare bogged down in its technocratic bureaucracy, peopled by robots. Avoid this financial hellhole, or suffer the consequences!

    @LloydsBank Over an hour she's been holding. Maybe you could look at employing more staff....its not much of a fraud prevention service you're offering.
