@LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

@LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

@LloydsBank I've spoken to the branch manager, checked your app, used links your office has sent, all to no avail. I think Lloyds are trying to bludgeon customers into on line banking. After 60+ years of being a customer, advocating Lloyds as THE Bank, as MY bank,I feel totally let down.

@LloydsBank I don't need you to access my account details.Lloyds bank operates in multiple silo.Nobody takes responsibility for looking after the customer & seeing the process through from start to finish.All you do is hand off between different departments. The customer is left stranded.

@LloydsBank Thanks but that doesn't help. It's not a matter of knowing my current & available figures, it's about checking account transactions against receipts and checking against my own transaction list. A pending total would help.

@LloydsBank Do you even understand the point? Ownership. Taking the problem and seeing it through to a solution. All you do is hand off between your different vertical processes. Bureaucracy at its best. Customer back of the queue.

@LloydsBank What is Lloyds Bank policy on correcting procedural errors,when branch employees openly agree with customers that new procedures are not adequate? Do you carry out a review? Do you carry on regardless,which seems to be your choice concerning this issue? Do you care ?

@LloydsBank your colleagues are failing to execute your bereavement policy because your execution is inept.Your core competency is to make payments.Something I can do as a customer in seconds.4 calls later and you have still failed to make a simple payment for funeral Expenses.
