    @LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

    @LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

    soo - how good is this for cust service @LloydsBank ? nrly 2 hrs on hold cos card blocked for trying to buy stuff bought loads of times before. SHOCKING TREATMENT

    @LloydsBank dreadful experience trying to apply for your premium current account! Got rejected and would not tell me why on the phone! Now I am being asked to take ID to branch because of your ridiculous error. If you want me as a customer I suggest swift apology and compensation

    Love that @LloydsBank have put a block on my card for absolutely no reason & now I am on hold to get it lifted, apparently wait time to speak to someone is 1 hour 🙃 fun

    @LloydsBank When talking to customer service I asked if I was able to answer questions on behalf of my client, I was told no. Some of my clients are non-verbal and or/have severe learning difficulties. All bank branches need to do better

    @LloydsBank It was. But somethings happened where’s its now saying on my laptop that it’s not and that’s why it needs the card reader. I have the app and it’s working fine if that helps
