@LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

@LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

@LloydsBank trying to speak to a Business Manager. 25 minutes on hold constantly being told your busy due to COVID. Shock horror your not the only ones pull your fingers out get back in the office and pick up your phones. Looking for a new bank now 😡😡absolute sh*t service

Great service by @LloydsBank tonight, after been on hold for over 30mins the advisor then simply hung up as the query was too difficult for her.
