@JeanDifford @LloydsBank @calvinrobinson That’s the problem with customer service. You never know how bad it is until you need it. In 35 years I have only need B’clays to fix one mistake & they were brilliant. As a committee treasurer for one year Horse lot were absolutely abysmal.

My flag is personal, it’s to support actual people I know, especially one I “made”. I’m getting very uncomfortable with corporate appropriation of Pride.
