@LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

@LloydsBank 1st you reduced my local branch opening hrs such that someone working Mon-Fri 0800-1630 can't visit a bank, then you closed completely on Sat. THEN you froze my online bank account when I dared to transfer some funds out of it. NOW I CANNOT ACCESS MY OWN MONEY. AT ALL

@LloydsBank Doesn’t really help me though. Why are your wait times still so long? COVID isn’t an excuse to provide this ridiculously poor level of customer service. If you’re blocking people’s cards for no reason, you need to have the facility in place to unblock just as quickly.

@LloydsBank I don't know who you think you are but blocking my transaction to Vodafone is not on! You better pack it in now otherwise I'll remove all my money and move to another bank! There are funds available in my account. There should be no block on payments!
