    @LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

    @LloydsBank Thanks so much Margaret! He was so good! I couldn't praise him enough! I was in what feels like a bad situation & he took the time to help me work through my next move. He didn't have to do that, it didn't involve the bank but he gave me time. Time is precious & I appreciate it.

    @LloydsBank - when are your payment systems going to be back up and running? My salary has not gone in my account today and I’ve called 4 times to@be told there is no issue!! Daughter tried to transfer £1 to test it and I’ve not had that either!!!

    @LloydsBank Yes, that now works. if I select a statement, click on Download and then pull down from the top of the screen I get a "Download Completed" system message for preview.pdf. if I click on that message it opens Adobe Acrobat and if I then click on the Acrobat icon it opens the .pdf.

    @LloydsBank My online banking has been suspended. I’ve been given a number to call but it won’t put me through to an advisor until I have attempted to reset my details, but when I try to reset my details it says I can’t because the bank needs to talk to me first. Help?

    @firstdirecthelp your app chat is utter ****. Your phone support is exceptionally good. You are really letting the good name of First Direct down with the untrained idiots you employ on there. They are nearly as bad as @LloydsBank and that is saying something

    @LloydsBank Hi Delina, we tried changing the address by post, by email, on your website and now by phone. We're told there's a technical error, a signature mismatch, etc. It's a business bank account. We changed the address before with no issues so no idea why it's so hard this time.

    @LloydsBank So latest development. I was called yesterday to see how my complaint was handled. So you can call me to find out why I’m annoyed, but not able to call me to sort the actual problem. Staggering.
