    @LloydsBank Thanks so much Margaret! He was so good! I couldn't praise him enough! I was in what feels like a bad situation & he took the time to help me work through my next move. He didn't have to do that, it didn't involve the bank but he gave me time. Time is precious & I appreciate it.

    @LloydsBank not good enough - running up phone bills, scaring people into thinking there's probs with accounts. you should have contacted us if doubting transactions - we shouldnt be chasing you. this is not customer service , is it ???

    soo - how good is this for cust service @LloydsBank ? nrly 2 hrs on hold cos card blocked for trying to buy stuff bought loads of times before. SHOCKING TREATMENT

    @LloydsBank I have spent 2 hours each day for the last 3 days trying to speak with someone about my inclusive travel insurance. I have not yet got through to a customer advisor. I pay £21 a month for my account and expect a much better service.

    @theabingdontaxi @LloydsBank I rang at 7:59 and a half this morning and went straight through to a real person, who helped. @lloydsbank. Not enough staff to run competent customer services.

    @LloydsBank got transferred to the fraud dept after initially reporting issue with a staff member. Currently been on hold 32 minutes....surely if you've gone through the queue once you shouldn't have to do it again?

    BIG shoutout to @LloydsBank for changing my surname within 24hrs of showing my marriage certificate! @HalifaxBank were incompetent & lost all copies of my confidential paperwork! You might be part of the same banking group but your customer service is miles apart!
