    @LloydsBank @Allianz customer for nearly 30 years and when in need of my home emergency cover you let me down. Five phone calls all with promises to call back none received. Sat with no heating or water and with children in the house. shameful.

    @LloydsBank It was a bit of a heated conversation yesterday night as my mum was particularly frustrated so we never got their name unfortunately, however she will be going down to her local branch today to discuss things further. This is all I needed to know, thank you :)

    @LloydsBank if you are always “particularly busy at the moment” you aren’t unusually busy, you are simply failing to employ enough staff and provide customer service.

    Hey @LloydsBank your tills in your Morriston (Swansea store) have not been working for 3 weeks. As well as being a big inconvenience for customers, it is also unfair on your poor staff working there who get continual abuse from customers for something outside of their control!!

    @LloydsBank I’m certainly not prepared to call, go through the introductory 5 minutes then wait for a further 20 minutes. I’ve been a customer of Lloyds most of my life, since 1971, it certainly has not improved since then, indeed, it seems that loyalty only works one way.

    @LloydsBank We’re on working day 4 now. When can I expect the pending transaction to disappear? £110 is a lot of it happens to go out my account. I had the goods delivered on 27/11
