@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank despite previously assuring me on your socials that the Staines branch cash machines are working for cash deposits, they still aren’t. So the branch closes at 3:30pm and you can’t deposit any money during closing. Ridiculous!! Less service but same charges? 🙄

@LloydsBank bonjour Lloyds just spoke to a helpful lady on the phone to then wait 25 mins on hold to be told the team cannot help me :( you turned my student account into a graduate account whilst I’m still studying apparently I need to go to a branch to sort this? Is that true?

@LloydsBank due to go on holiday tomorrow. still not got our travel insurance documents/policy no. in the post or via email. Upgraded to platinum club account, undergone the medical screening,paid premium to cover existing conditions. Onhold for an hour. Poor service so far .

@LloydsBank HORRIFIC SERVICE re mobile banking. Banking app is a disgrace. Setup system does not work. Cannot get to speak to anyone. Beyond frustrating when you know you’ve followed all the instructions correctly and then it tell you you haven’t.

@LloydsBank I’ve been with this bank for years. After having my card lost or stolen abroad… the website does knot show how I can have a new card sent to a new address. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed.. time for a new bank
