@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

Twitter users please help if u can. Acc frozen by @LloydsBank 4 over a week, I have called them 8/9 times, during which the line has gone dead, they’ve lied and said it’s sorted and it’s not and even their call back facility results in the line dropping. Anyone else suffering?

My Mum phoned @LloydsBank yesterday to try to reactivate her cashpoint card. Staff were totally at the mercy of the computer and unable to help. 0/10 for customer service.

@LloydsBank How about raising interest rates. I've removed half my savings from Lloyds and will be removing the rest tomorrow. Better rates elsewhere and appalling customer service. Twice promised a call back, not had any.

@LloydsBank I have since rang them, absolutely useless lol basically don’t know why & can’t help. Completed online application form for @firstdirect I’ll be moving premier account, club account and 2 savings accounts to them. Im done paying you buffoons for accounts I can’t access.
