@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Yes a very tatty sign that obviously get put up regularly. My visit was at 12:10. Shutting at lunchtime isn’t very helpful. I’ve banked with you a long time but current service levels are terrible.

@LloydsBank i was on the phone to make a payment of £10000 to myself, regular activity for the account. the account has been fully suspended and i tried to sort it out. unhelpful service and then Alex(a manager) from the fraud department hung up on me!!

@LloydsBank I send a mandate variation form in July, have been sent a secure message asking for a missing piece of information but finding it impossible to give the answer. Can’t give the answer over the phone, not getting any reply to emails or secure messages. Can someone help?

@LloydsBank just shut the Hertford branch down guys. Once again it’s shut at lunchtime. I’ve just opened a chase account as I see little point in maintaining a branch based bank. Useless.

@LloydsBank I seem to be extremely unlucky. I have had to call your customer service 3 times in the last week. I called on different days and times, to be informed each time you were "particularly busy at the moment" and waited 1 hour + for response. When are you not "particularly busy"?

@LloydsBank hey Lloyds, I’m having a bit of an issue with my current account. I froze my account this morning as I couldn’t find my card but then I found it. Unfroze my account and it won’t allow me to pay for anything. All my Lloyds accounts are having the same issue? Any help ?
