@LloydsBank club Lloyd rewards, on the phone over 45 mins with various people passed from pillar to post get nowhere fast call now dropped without any help, even been to branch told by them nothing to do with them. Shocking customer service.

@LloydsBank I’m trying to make a payment to an Indian company but you’ve declined my payment and revoked access to my account. I now have to wait 20minutes on hold when it’s an urgent matter. Restore access to my account & allow me to make payments or I will be changing my bank.

@LloydsBank 1/2 I just got off the phone with Lloyds customer service after the phone menu repeatedly suggested I hang up and go away. According to the person I talked to, I need to contact you in writing, get a form back by another letter, fill that out and return it by post.
