We blive that Lloyds Bank has opened fraudulent A/C in Meghmani LLP to credit amount sent by our Greece customer. A huge amount has allowed by bank to syphoned, since no email details avaiable on bank site to contact and to prevent withdrawal of funds @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank My husband and I both have current accounts at Lloyds. We wish to join the 2 accounts to one joint account. However, your w/site says we must visit a branch to do this. With the current situation, neither of us wish or are able to do this. Do you have other means?

@LloydsBank Thank you, good to know it's justified staying on the line. Equally the support option on the app (my first port of call) simply told me that there was no one available and shut the chat. I've tried that three times.

@LloydsBank Hi had two accounts with you, one normal and one for my mortage. I had to change my normal account to someone else but still retained my mortage with you. However, I can no longer access the banking app to view my Mortgage account. How can I go about doing this?

@LloydsBank Hi, I did initially try calling several times but no matter which options I chose in the menus it always asked for an existing mortgage reference number, which of course I don’t have. Any help would be appreciated.
