    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank He did call, and ultimately was put through to a machine saying call back tomorrow. He’s now made 5 phone calls since last night to report this. Truly woeful service e. He has been customer over 30 years. So so bad. I will write to ur CEO.

    @LloydsBank My brother (60s)visited LDN lst week.tried 2 withdraw £ ATM Kings Rd, SW11. guy in hoodie, began pressing buttons saying, not working, other ppl shouting. brother stopped transaction, got card, went inside brnch withdrew £50. returned hme £500 withdrawn. Wat 2 do?

    @LloydsBank are payments into Lloyd’s account working? I transferred cash in around 30 minutes ago, and it’s still not arrived.

    @HMCTSgovuk @LloydsBank I cut 200 up , they was taking my money for over a year , cards working half year later , even my numbers came up my card . Letter saying I’m overdrawn it’s not on my statement they would charge to jump out of the garage and grab my phone. They won’t give me the video to watch.

    @LloydsBank Your club Lloyds benefit is clearly a scam and your team did not help in the slightest. Far better things to do on a Saturday than spend it with your poor customer service team

    @LloydsBank has been the worst experience this past week that I keep waking up to and even though I’ve escalated and complained across every customer service channel you have - in the branch, call centre and and and and and - and been told more than 48 hours ago that the issue
