@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank garbage banking service, horrendous waiting times can’t activate credit card for more than 10 days. Your phone banking agents have no idea what they need to do. Train them properly.

@LloydsBank useless travel insurance help. Offices closed….but open Sunday 9-5, called three times this week waited 2 hours on hold. No answer. Contradictory online advice. No one will give a straight answer! By your side? No you’re not you’re hiding out the way!
