    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    WTF @LloydsBank You have closed my accounts and seem to have misplaced my money. I have been on a call for over an hour and counting and no one seems to know what is going on. I was a loyal customer for 15 years, but this is totally unacceptable!

    @LloydsBank Hey, opened up a dispute for a retailer who scammed me. Filed my dispute with you on the 12th and sent the proof requested to the email told on the phone referencing my dispute ref. Still not received any updates?? Pls help

    @LloydsBank Said I had to call back. After 25 mins of waiting. But this error about us being abusive needs addressing please as I’m not happy we received this and when I called back the Second Lady said my call would have to be investigated. When this message was an error on your part

    @LloydsBank @LBGplc I have a question about my car finance, I understand the figure in my dashboard includes interest, does that mean that it will only go down and monthly interest increases will not apply? I.e my full monthly payment will be deducted each month? Cheers

    @LloydsBank 1st call to the claim No 59 mins queuing, call cut itself off. 30 minute call to you CS who gave up trying to put me through as the selection on the automated bit wasn't working. 2nd call to the claim line 1hr 30 and still waiting.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely disgusting....1 hr 40 minutes to speak to a claims advisor. Both bank accounts will be moved by the end of the week. One customer going won't hurt I guess but twitter will do its magic.

    @LloydsBank What's the difference between 4 women who's first language isn't English working at Lloyds Bank #lloydsbank and Paul from Scotland who works at Lloyd's? He didn't pass the buck and unblocked my card, the other 4 couldn't do it. That's why we need men to sort shXt!

    so, the @LloydsBank saga continues. Still no sign of my money, but an offer of GBP15 as an "inconvenience apology" ... that can only be paid to a British account ... when they have JUST CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS. Seriously, @LloydsBank WTF?!?!
