    @LloydsBank still waiting over 2 hours and not spoken to one person yet!!! This is horrendous service

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank your useless, I’ve been waiting for any everyday offer refund (only £150) since Jan!! Escalated it every month since. Got promised end of March. Still no refund and calls have a 40 minute wait. ******* terrible. I’ve waisted more than £150 chasing you about!!!

    @LloydsBank it's evident that for some time now Lloyds Bank have been unable to cope with the quantity of calls received. What is Lloyds Bank's plan to rectify the problem? Waiting times & general customer service is unacceptable.

    @LloydsBank That’s all well and good but every time I call Lloyds it says it’s an hours wait. How is that appropriate customer service?

    @LloydsBank The outcome of the first was 'sorry, we made a mistake, but it's fixed... here's £50 compensation'. Only, it hasn't been fixed. Customer service can't fix it and fraud are too busy to answer the phone.

    @LloydsBank @5uperfli Lloyds you're literally always receiving unprecedented amount of calls regardless of the time of day. What are you doing to address the problem or manning shortfall?

    @LloydsBank Have now been transferred to wrong department resulting in a prolonged hold period. If Lloyds are going to block transactions for potential fraudulent activity 1. They should inform customer 2.Offer a ring back service. Most people have not got hours of their day to waste on hold

    @LloydsBank tech issue on my Internet banking inhibiting transfer of payments. An hr wait to get through on phone to Lloyds advisor who attempted to complete transaction on my behalf...which was blocked & now with fraud team. Additional 2hrs still on hold n waiting.

    @LloydsBank It is... and I called that line, they can't help. I have nowhere to go to get this resolved - but I've raised a 2nd formal complaint about it.
