The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

I selected the low rate option because it meant easy access - but @LloydsBank have changed the rules that i signed up for. Access to do as i wish with my ISA has been stolen. This feels like a form of fraud.

As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄
