@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

Yo @HalifaxBank stop bloody telling me to use your app when your app is telling me to call you & I have been on hold for an hour. Have your mates @LloydsBank considered employing more staff on the phone instead of repeatedly telling me that I can use the app that isn't working?!

@LloydsBank What an awful bank, their team on here is as much use as a chocolate teapot, they've been told multiple times that I can't use the phone or go into a branch but still they keep suggesting it. I won't be responding to anymore of their messages.

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Good they are far left narrative spinners who viciously attack the other side so **** them

@LloydsBank No point in doing that either!! I called Halifax online banking TWICE and both times zero help!! Just really fed up now!!!

  • Berryliz8
    Liz Berry (@Berryliz8) reported

I have now been waiting for an hour @LloydsBank to get a response to a simple request via your website Chat. This is not good enough, it is a simple query, why has your customer service gone so far downhill that customers are waiting an hour for an answer?

  • Shand754
    Stephen Hand (@Shand754) reported

@LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

@LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.

A totally frustrating experience trying to get thru to @LloydsBank today to deal with a credit card issue. The app bot useless. Waited ages on the phone the usual message, ' we are particularly busy atm', waited ages again, cut off rudely by the call person and still waiting...!

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.
