@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Absoultely no mention of this on your website, however your clear to point out, yet more branch closures. Whilst I can do things online, sections of society need branches. Yet I can’t even get to visit one because they are never open. (2/2)

Because my bank keeps closing our local branches, I set up an appointment at @LloydsBank to open an account with them... only to find out today that they're closing their branch down in January. So hoping the guy on the phone cancelled the appointment for me!

@LloydsBank For any customers overseas - solve the problem by passcode text message/online inbox message similar to the text passcode needed for online banking - no need for the customer to spend tens of pounds on a multiple fraught calls to the UK

@stubat_ @LloydsBank Hi, @stubat! A fraud bot attacked our site Wednesday, using thousands of compromised credit cards, etc. Stripe, our payment processor, blocked most of these. We've been reversing and canceling the rest of the charges as quickly as we can.

@LloydsBank Pay in a cheque. I understand you can’t cater for all, yet millions of people are in employment and 330pm isn’t reasonable closing That is the exact page I used which states the branch is open until 1pm. Laughable. Literally lip service because you feel you provided me an answer
