@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank Hi Keavy I have tried DM your team and I'm getting asked to do so much it's too hard, I just want my account unlocking, the app and web to let me use it without having to change password every time. It's shocking my other bank is with virgin and really simple to access

So fed up with @LloydsBank been on the phone for over an hour been passed to 3 different departments, just to be told AGAIN, I need to call somewhere else. You have £135 of my money, sat in an account that is no longer used and no one can help me access it? Not good enough

@LloydsBank Hi David, yes I’ve tried to do that after the initial beep and I’ve received the call more than 10 times throughout the whole if yesterday and today morning as the issue has been occuring since the first time
