@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@TheCycleHub_net @LloydsBank Yep I had the same thing. Seems a whole bunch of people had Apple transactions declined. Bank says no problem their end, problem is with @AppleSupport

@LloydsBank you cannot suddenly block a “premier” longstanding customer account, only notify them electronically about it and then leave them waiting two hours (so far) on the helpline. No wonder the wolves (JP Morgan, Amazon, Walmart, Fintech) are circling your retail business.

@LloydsBank I had an internet banking problem on Friday evening. I called your help desk and my issue was handled by a chap called ‘Joe’. He had a W. Midlands accent. He was friendly, brilliant and extremely professional. He sorted out my problem. Just thought I’d mention it 👍.

@LloydsBank Sorry James, it's all just a bit shoddy. I've been trying to get my account back since the 5th Sept! Imagine if I was is loosing large amounts of money on the stock market and I can't login because the investment team doesn't work on weekends. <eyeroll>

@LloydsBank despite having called my mobile # several times for security check, when I try to change my online banking & pssword I get a message saying you can't call my number. Customer service only says to wait for a letter. Needs access asap to online banking can you help?

@LloydsBank Only the Edge browser said that. All other systems attempt to get a temp pass from a server that has crashed. And 7 days for access to stock markets is crazy. Any trades you want to make will be 7 days out of date! I suggest you ask your tech dept to reboot the recovery server.

@LloydsBank Yes. Given the fact my e-mail works correctly and these mails and vouchers arrived correctly up to and inc. 2020, it suggests either an error on your Benefits site/account settings or a service issue your side (I'm an IT Consultant, hence my suggestions).

@LloydsBank is your bank service down or something ? Trying to go onto my app and lets me log in but says NIL on the amount in the bank and missing transactions also. Which is incorrect. Tried calling the fraud team or anyone and the thing won't connect me to anyone..
