  @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

  @LloydsBank 'customer feedback is really important to us' well here is some. I was moved from the halifax banking app to lloyds app, it is constantly failing and not allowing me to login. Try to phone you and get a message saying there is over an hour waiting time..Sort it out

  @asda and @LloydsBank last Friday used Asda petrol, and put in £30 which has been debited. £99 is still pending on my account - Asda say it’s not their problem and Lloyds won’t do anything unless it’s actually debited. Meanwhile I’ve got £99 in the ether that I can’t use. Help!

  @LloydsBank So much for making banking easier, @LloydsBank. Not only is your app down, but when it is working, I can’t even add my existing debit card to Apple Wallet on my new phone through the Lloyds app — it gets declined and tells me to contact the bank.
