    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Over 3 hrs down is unacceptable service - please don't tell us you are working on it. Tell us exactly what went wrong, what you are doing about it and an ETA. Least you can do. The best would be to divert your next shareholder dividends to our accounts as a goodwill gesture

    @LloydsBank I can't access my money or even transfer it to another account to use. This is the 2nd time you have done this to me in the space of a few months. It's pay day for most and bills need to be paid!!!!

    @LloydsBank I absolutely will log an complaint but will not resolve the current situation and all the previous occasions that the app is not working and internet banking down. Oh yes along with having a new mobile having to register card for apple@pay and says to ring
