    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank I received an email saying Halifax is moving to Lloyds, and that eventually I will need to use the Lloyds mobile app. So I thought I should download & install it immediately. I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."

    @LloydsBank Also a note to the call handler who was instructing me on how to use the Apple Wallet by putting the digits, since the card is not activated, it doesn’t work!!! Please train your customer facing support team!! Utterly tragic!
