My 78 year old mother does not have online banking or apps this is the reason she went to check on a scam text. SimonB79 (@SimonB79) reported@iswhatitis82 @LloydsBank I’ve had quite afew declined payments aswell when buying stuff via Amazon Xbox etc etc over the weekend … seems to be failing during the authentication stage! 😤 … never had this problem with Halifax and there’s plenty of money available in my account! 🫤

Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.
