@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank hi still unable to use app. Immediately crashes when trying to log in. Tried restarting my device, upgrading my iOS version to the latest and reinstalling the app. All with no joy, except now I’m logged out and can’t login

@LloydsBank it’s 10:51 and the banking app keeps on crashing before it opens. You say you have fixed the problem but you clearly haven’t. How much longer will this continue
