@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I have just sent you screenshots. Revolut have said they did not receive the money. Lloyds are saying the money has been sent and was recieved by Revolut. I am trying to talk with someone on chat but no one can actually help me. I am abroad and need the funds

Can someone please help? @LloydsBank. Made a payment to @RevolutApp. Showing as declined on Revolut side but my Lloyds account has been debited. Neither customer service can help me and are saying to talk to the other. What am I meant to do? I have lost £250 using your services

@LloydsBank I've been on the phone to you for 45 minutes just be told I've been put through to wrong department and now being told its another 40 minutes. Customer over 30 years. Terrible customer service

I've already wasted half my working day on useless online and telephone admin. This is typical of modern life now. We're forced to engage with dysfunctional systems which are not at all human friendly. The worst in my experience has be @LloydsBank but many others are a nightmare.
