@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank Thank you, I'll do that. Meanwhile I have to take an estimated 2 hours out of my working day to solve a problem of your creation - and I can't pay online bills. Shall I be reimbursed for my time, or shall I move banks? After 25 years a customer I fear it's the latter.

@LloydsBank I still don't have access to help mum manage her finances. At least her utilities are on direct debits and I can fund the food shopping. However, her bills for care, money that I do not have, but is sitting in mum's account, I don't know how that is to be accessed?

@LloydsBank You want to draw a large sum from your Lloyds bank online, payment refused you get a message to contact Lloyds on a given number within 48 hours your account else will be on hold!. You ring after 40 minutes no answer!. Is this legal??. No garbage security excuses!

@LloydsBank I have representative access. I have been given an ID number for online banking and I have created a password and a memorable word. The first issue was that the additional security check went to my mum's landline instead of my UK mobile, as stated when a registered RPA.

@LloydsBank I'm not happy with the service, yersteday of yersteday my partner's card got stolen, tried to call the fraudulent team, they're not picking up till now, I believe by now the transactions went through. What's going on @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank do you actually understand how stressful you made an already terrible situation! Mum is very ill on a coronary care unit. Your lack of ability to do anything to help me pay a bill she is stressing about was disgraceful. Your operative did not care less!

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.
