    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I have requested to switch from my current bank to Lloyds. I have received a txt message to say my switch couldn’t be progressed, then a further message to say it will go ahead on the 22/11. I’ve tried calling but I have waited over 45 mins both times. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank if CC balance is going down every month with no purchases made, and more than minimum payment made why is minimum payment increasing every month instead of decreasing?

    @LloydsBank I've have been sent around the houses (hours of phone calls) trying to find one person to help get progress on a JISA transfer! Can you give me a number to call as I was told I can only request an update by post!!!!!!

    @LloydsBank worst bank to deal with trying for 8 months to resolve an issue on my account. On Hold for 20 mins then hang up. #poorservice please sort this out for the millions of customers trying to organise their accounts 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭we wait hours and no response
