@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank I have two issues. Firstly, I'm looking to confirm a block/cancellation of payment that has been coming out every 3 months. Secondly, I have a block on my card from trying to make a purchase and need to discuss with you how to unblock this.

@LloydsBank 0800 917 7017 - I’ve spoke to numerous people(all in the wrong team - direct debit fraud) I cannot get through to internet banking fraud team and had to clear my account. Appalled it seems easier to close my account than get help

@LloydsBank tried to pay money into my husbands account, you stopped the payment and blocked my ac I’ve been to bank moved money still blocked online and have held 77 minutes on phone and gave up HELP
