@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank It’s my sisters account not mine but she lives in Bali and we are calling from my U.K. phone so that wouldn’t be the problem. We called 0800 015 0012 which we found online as the number on the card also isn’t working 0345 300 000

@LloydsBank First my credit card was declined via ApplePay. Paid debit via chip and pin. Then credit card failed three more locations via ApplePay, debit card via ApplePay works. Finally Debit Card via ApplePay also fails. So what’s the fix?

@LloydsBank Finally managed to get a Branch appointment tomorrow at Branch 10 miles away from most convenient. Just think your 📞 Customer Service is very below par. Do you have customer panel? I would love to contribute.
