    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank Hi Yuvraj.I did,with the outcome that I am a British citizen without residency in the UK,so your bank doesn't issue any credit card!The common sense question is how much will it help your bank if I have UK residency without being willing to pay credit card debt?I owned your card

    @LloydsBank how come I only ever get “important messages” too let me know my interest rate is dropping, but when Lloyd’s has a very good period I don’t ever receive a “important message” to say we’re upping the rate for you , been a customer for a long old while #Poor
