@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Thanks. Call the number that hangs up on you and go to the branch that doesn’t open accounts. Or better, go to another city to open an account, but book an appointment via the forever-on-hold-or-hang-up number. Highest level of customer service. More new clients are on their way.

@LloydsBank went into Hartlepool branch to do ID check etc for an account for my 13yo daughter. Great service (kicking myself for not getting the lady's name), she talked directly to my daughter about the account, explained well and gave her good security advice too, 5*

Whatever you do in life make sure you don’t bank with @LloydsBank you guys are DODGY AS ****!! why is every single payment I make being held and I have to call and wait an hour just to move MY money to another account. I will soon move to santander you guys are the worst!!!!!😡
