    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank how do I access my statement to Lloyds platinum credit card that was closed. I was told by CAB that banks need to keep the record for 7 years. I still have the card and current account?

    @LloydsBank - my wife wrote a complaint to your CEO, Chairman and various other Executive Directors that was delivered on 5th January but not even an acknowledgment as yet! Quite frankly appalling customer service!

    @LloydsBank you cancel appts, last one service rep created a scene in Newmarket Branch & cancelled the appt the day of. We were 15 min early & took holiday time to be there. Pure disrespect and has cost us time/money. Submitted 2 complaints and branch manager continues to ghost!

    @LloydsBank I have submitted two complaints to the corporate office over the phone. This was a humiliating experience especially being visiting forces. It's cost money and a lot of time. I have been advised I'm entitled to compensation. I'm appalled with the customer service at Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank Why do your debit cards have an expiry date 4 years after the valid date when they only last months before breaking? I've already had to replace two in the last year, and now another one has inexplicably stopped working for chip & pin, with no obvious damage to it.

    @LloydsBank The account is Mr R & Mrs J Field of LU6 3AJ Dunstable. My wife Tracy had emailed her ID to Lloyds to act on behalf of her 80 year old mother who has no online access and is in hospital herself!
