    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank when are you planning to reinstate the pre-covid opening hours of my local branch in Barton upon Humber? It no longer opens on Saturdays which makes it impossible for me to get into the branch as I am working during the week.

    @LloydsBank I've been blocked from my account for 5 to 7 days due to an error in setting cookies when changing my password and memorial information and i made a an error nobody can help me at Lloyds banking question is can I still use my debit card and can my direct debits paid .
