    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    My trust in the @LloydsBank app is not high when it constantly shows ‘experiencing technical problems’ message when doing simple transactions, the only way to solve is to reboot the whole phone, and tweets show this has been going on for at least 4 months #ITteammissingatLloyds ?

    @LloydsBank I made a transfer using your app. The chat team on the app forwarded my issue to the complaints team. I’m currently being ignored by the chat team. I’m on statuary maternity pay and the amount you have lost is an entire week’s money I need to feed my baby. Where is my money???

    Why do @LloydsBank hate Apple Pay so much? Procrastinate about activating it, then randomly block it when you use it. I think it's time for a new bank.

    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.
