@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank I ordered some euros from the lloyds app and I was expecting to get a confirmation email with a delivery date, I haven't had anything, all that happened was money was taken out of my account. Need help ASAP as I go away Thursday!

@LloydsBank The functionality seems to be working ok now but won’t accept a Lloyds Bank cheque into the account, which is in the same name. It was a refund from Lloyds Bank Home insurance so no idea why they could not refund directly to my bank account. Not at all helpful.

@LloydsBank I changed it today and no I’ve not received the card yet obviously, is there anyways I can check what address the card is being sent too though as I think i had my old address down and have now changed it. And yes I do have access to the app

@LloydsBank I need to close my savings account. It is not collecting my debit orders, and I can't transfer anything out of it either. It always comes up with errors. Please assist here. Call wait time is over 30 mins. Thank you.

@LloydsBank After I scan the front and back of the cheque, the Review Deposit screen should be displayed but it disappears off the screen before you can read it or click on anything. Nothing appears in the Deposit History and no reason is given for the error.

@LloydsBank I was hoping you’d be able to look him up & change it. I can block the emails fine, but there’s a teenager out there not getting their messages…
