@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@jamiegreenley @LloydsBank The systems they use are clunky and unreliable, will often crash for no reason during call, leading to inability to service customer's account, or worse cut the call. Staff are then blamed for cutting the call worngly also.

@LloydsBank There are not. Last update don the 7th March and if I try to force it to update it says my software is up to date. App & phone software are up to date, issue persists when on mobile instead of wifi, reinstall made no difference. There is a genuine problem with the app right now.

@LloydsBank why is it that an existing mortgage customer will pay almost 1% more than a new customer. On a remortgage it should be the other way round.

@arsenalmatt1 @LloydsBank Welcome the world of outsourcing customer servicd to crappy companies. Firstsource Solutions who operate the customer contact centres are more interested in paddimg their stats than actually helping customers. The training provided is nowhere near adequate enough either.

@LloydsBank Does that mean you can't/won't raise it as a bug with whatever team is responsible for the android app? If I'm going to ring a call centre to wait in a queue it will be to change my account to a provider with a working app, not to repeat all the things I've mentioned here

@LloydsBank Crashes when trying to login. I know other people with the same issue. The service the app uses may be up but the app itself is not useable as logging in no longer works. I am unsure if it was due to an update to the app or Samsung's Android implementation.
