Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

Andre (@AndreInUk) reported@LloydsBank Your iOS app is incredibly slow. Ages to log on, then you make it worse by popping something up to interrupt me. If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.

markonarant (@markonarant) reported@LloydsBank I mean, just fix the app for everyone. Roll it back to an earlier version or something. The Halifax one worked absolutely fine for years then when you linked them up and tried to force everyone onto lloyds its broken.
