@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

I’m all for being safe online but every single time I use my @LloydsBank credit card it’s declined is absolutely beyond a joke. Why have the text checking service if your gonna declined it anyway 🤬

@LloydsBank made a complaint and was told I’d get a letter telling me the issue has been resolved. Just read it. It doesn’t even address the main reason for the complaint. So much for ‘by your side’. The horse would deal with it better. Arrogance.

@axainsurance @axainsurance @LloydsBank still waiting for someone to get in touch in regards to claim that happened in 2019. It’s been 5 weeks since I re-submitted all the supporting evidence & documentation requested & I can’t help but feel that this is going to be a repeat of the last time.

@LloydsBank I believe the issue may be with the Waitrose site as I am now getting an error message from them when I try to go through the payment. I am on an Apple Mac, laptop and no I don't have any other browser to use sorry.
