    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank I am desperately trying to solve a personal banking problem. The call centre has dropped the call twice and the third time the call system returned me to the log in again. Incredibly frustrating. I want to talk to a PERSON HELP

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank Says I’m registered but told me to call and you have to go through security. Did that and spoke to a lady in customer service then I was cut off after waiting 30 mins to even speak to anyone
