    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Yes I’ve checked the letter and I’ve also checked on my phone as I’m somehow able to log in on that, I just can’t log in via the website for some reason

    @LloydsBank extremely poor poor customer service!! Phoning customers to alert them that there is potential fraudulent activity on bank account!! For advisor to hang up!! Then told accounts on stop without notice or warning

    @LloydsBank so my cousin set up a bank account 2+ years ago with you but put down my email address, I keep getting emails for him but now he refuses to deal with it as he said he sorted back then.. I want you to block or ban messages to my email address ?

    @LloydsBank I don't want a call back. I want someone from customer service to message me with a direct number for me to call so that tomorrow I don't have to go through another hour and a half on hold.. only to be cut off again.

    Very disappointed having been a customer of @HSBC_UK @hsbc since I was a child that you no longer offer the future saver savings acct. Told by your staff there was no alternative. My 3 month old daughter & one of the next generation is now a customer of @LloydsBank #petersfield
