@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank currently unable to access payments and transfer page. Flagged this with the messaging bot and human, but neither seemed to understand it was the actual access to payments and not the transfer itself I can't reach. Been over 24 hours now.

@LloydsBank The Scottish man on the phone after making me waste all that time said he didn’t deem it see cure. No explanation when I asked why. Just an attitude. And you can listen to the entire call if you want. Appalling customer service. In the end he said ‘but you called us’ …

@Natalie91__xox @LloydsBank Good luck with that. I have had this same problem for 6 months now with letters coming to my address that does not live here. Endless calls to their fraud department and still the letters come. They don’t care and have done nothing

Dont bother with @LloydsBank they are just terrible at every aspect of banking - latest is a “Club Lloyds Benefit” of @DisneyPlus which basically hasn’t either been paid for or registered?!?!

@LloydsBank I’m not. After 35 minutes where I answered all their questions they advised me to use PayPal. Are you even serious? I opened a complaint. There’s nothing dodgy in this payment and this is now causing a delay in the start of my home renovation. 🤬After 18 years as your customer!

@SmartPredict_UK @LloydsBank Thank you very much for your very supportive comment,indeed.Yes,finally,I was forced like a few times before to use the Financial Ombudsman help against unfair Lloyds treatments towards me.Sadly,at this big financial company one can find that their hands don't cooperate as usual!
