    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank still waiting over 2 hours and not spoken to one person yet!!! This is horrendous service

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

App suspended my login and I spent over 1hr yesterday, disconnected when answered,rang again & same. Rang again today, I’m still on hold after 1hr. Wish I’d never opened an account! Can’t even spend MY money

    After experiencing @monzo customer service, you find the service provided by the traditional banks such as @LloydsBank and @NatWest_Help just terrible, complicated, tiring. Basically, I've to shift to "work from bank branch" to get my requests done, earliest in a few weeks.

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy thnks for getting back to me. Yes I did activate it, I had internet issues at the time but it eventually worked as it showed the Sainsburys cash back being active days after until it expired. It normally shows cash back in the summary before payment but that’s not showing

    @LloydsBank Your website addresses need updating. I’ve managed to change address since moving house with everyone apart from Lloyds. It says I have to phone. Why can’t you update your site and make it easy rather then spending ages on a phone call?

    @LloydsBank still on hold, why am I waiting so long to be able to spend my own money. This isn’t the first time this has happened your customer service is awful. I’m sure you can fund more staff to answer the phones to your customers
