    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank help please. Sorted mortgage deal months ago, paid £999 fee, signed everything I needed to ages ago. Informed by solicitor today that will complete on 5th Sept. Offer expired last night - Lloyds appointed this solicitor to sort and they told me all good. What now??

    @LloydsBank am I the only person struggling with the appalling on line banking app - I’m so tired of seeing the technical issues message and it’s not always convenient to try later - sometimes you need it NOW!! that’s if you can log in at all !!!! #frustrating #appallingApp

    Never though I would say this about @LloydsBank but what awful customer care!! I had this misfortune of speaking to one of their underwriters this afternoon and with the level of service and help I received, no wonder they’re losing customers hand over fist.

    @LloydsBank I raised a complaint about the agent in question, Darren in your Underwriting team who then called me back and was rude yet again!! Awful experience!!

    @LloydsBank No worries, I know it’s not your fault, I just cannot believe the stupidity of the situation. Someone needs to have a hard look at the process’s within Lloyds business banking. Maybe learn from the guys within the personal accounts? No issues there.
