    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    1/2 Been with @HalifaxBank part of the @LloydsBank group for over 20 years. Got a letter a few days ago saying my bank would be closed with no further information. I called and no one could help. Went into branch and the staff supported me to appeal. The appeal has been rejected

    @LloydsBank Were they unavailable last week as you ignored my Faster Payments Service within 2 hours transaction and processed it the next day. Convenient way of avoiding interest. Oh and you web chat is ****

    A street vendor’s customer service is far better than @LloydsBank . I’m trying to unblock my card. I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and I’ve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

    @LloydsBank I'm getting the same message as most people "Sorry we're having a few technical issues". I reported it weeks ago and was told it was a known issue. I have a complaint in now because I've not been able to use it for 4 weeks.
