@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

Found a debit card, called Lloyd's Bank, their response is to cancel the card. I asked why they couldn't call their Customer so they could come and collect their card, "we can't make phone calls" So this Easter Weekend without cash, shocking customer service @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank We are trying to pay care home invoices for parent with dementia using the LPA. This has gone on for 2 months now. A new issue every time. Got online banking working this morning and now refusing access as needs telephone number - I gave the number this morning and all ok then
