@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank What the heck is going on? Over 4 hours your app has been down...not good enough! People depend on it for daily life. I hope customers that are affected get some sort of recompense for inconvenience and stress caused.

@JimKennett3 @LloydsBank I've been with Lloyds for 10 years and they regularly go down. I don't want compensation, I'd lack access to my money. It's a pretty regular problem. It's really odd to see an individual praising a bank. Do you love Amazon as well?
