@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@PainBecky @LloydsBank Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins

Help! I have an old £10 note & old £5 note. Nowhere will exchange them. I’ve been told the only thing I can do is pay them into my bank account, but @LloydsBank have shut all the local branches, & @PostOffice will only take cheques, not cash. Any other ideas?

@LloydsBank I can’t forward it because it came up as a flash message thing, it’s not in my texts or anywhere on my phone, it’s so weird! I get phishing texts all the time but this is new, which is why I posted it. Thanks for your help!
