  @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

  @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

  @LloydsBank dreadsful support AGAIN...they expect me to wait for 30 mins on their website for a chat agent. The problem is if you forget & don't interact with their site it logs you OFF. So you cant even get on with any work. This is exactly how AI is ruining us! 0/10

  @LloydsBank Why are the dates on the app and the website not the same for my Halifax credit card? App shows transaction date, website shows transaction cleared date. Please can they be the same as it’s very confusing.
