@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank It takes me to bank app to confirm payment, once confirmed it takes me back to website it asks me to log in which I do but then its the homepage again

@LloydsBank I’ve just tried to speak to someone on your “help” line about my Son’s Young Saver account - but he wouldn’t do anything without my son verifying this was OK. He’s 13 - I have full parental control. This cannot be right, surely?!

1. Spoke to a customer from @LloydsBank who spent over an hour on the phone with #fraud team checking credit and debit card. What banks don't tell you is that if an online website doesn't have a means of performing a check with the bank the payment is already declined.
