    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @scampo999 @LloydsBank I didn’t need help, just polite explanation. Lloyds bank still charge interest for two months after you have cleared your credit card balance and could not give a reasonable explanation as to why.

    @DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2

    @Moneybox 2of2 and the accounts were closed, the funds are now missing. Our local branch seems entirely incapable of solving the problem. We’ve also heard of another charitable organisation local to us that has the same problem @LloydsBank

    Tried ringing @LloydsBank switching service and the calls just ring and ring then cuts out then call again and rings and rings and rings. Whats going on.

    @AndrewM54363806 @LloydsBank The problem is everytime I message and call I get asked to go through the sane procedures I've done constantly. It's very tedious and frustrating they are like robots not listening to what they are bieng told and don't wNt to admit they have a problem. I know many people now

    @LloydsBank How on earth are you not yet supporting Samsung pay!!! I'm actually thinking of moving my Bank to @Barclays OR @HSBC as they got the memo and support Samsung pay. Disappointed

    @LloydsBank @FinancialFree23 Cheque deposit photographs are awful, never ever look right. We should be able to enter the information on the cheque to clear it. With a proper sensible image.

    @EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.
