@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

The British high street banks are moving their operations to online and mobile banking but they do not have capacity to deliver them. On pay day the @LloydsBank mobile system was down and it seems today @NatWest_Help mobile banking app is down. @TheFCA is sleeping 😴

@LloydsBank Hi Ronnie I've checked the link and it states that from 31st December you will no longer be able to pay cheques into your account at the post office It also doesn't say that I can get access to loose change there (in the past they said only the bank would do this) or vice-versa

LET DOWN BY @LloydsBank again. Booked for a 'Home Emergency' plumber. 48hrs. Didn't make first appointment slot. Made another. No show. No message. On hold now; Lost a day of work & no call to explain. Probably won't resolve issue until next week. I'll seek compensation from them.

LLOYDS BANK HOME EMERGENCY failed to fix a tap problem in my kitchen. Called in a good local plumber. Arrived this morning. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes which the LLOYDS/AXA plumber said he couldn't touch. They broke 2 appt's too and wasted my entire day yesterday. @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank I am unable to use a deposit machine & I'm sure many other disabled & elderly people also are unable to use these, was these banks still to close as mentioned in the news. We are also unable to travel further out looking for another branch, due to our disability, or get support..
