@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

Random/grown up to say, but I'm loving @LloydsBank new addition of monthly payout break down on the mobile app. Saves me time, as I usually write it all down to make sure everything is as it should be! I feel like I don't have to be as OTT with that now (but will still check)

@LloydsBank Thank you StephenB. We have little option. One more item of feedback: we accept that fraud prevention is a necessary service, but if it is contingent on the use of telephones, at least have the decency to provide sufficient numbers of staff to answer them!

@LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise that’s all well & good but I need to gain access to my online banking which means I need to speak to someone on the phone to get this sorted immediately as your online process doesn’t seem to allow me in now I have a new phone and number to the one registered.

@robsutton @LloydsBank This has happened to me again! 3rd time in a week. Authorising payment, submitting the OTP and still payment not accepted. Poor service. Fraud team don’t answer. 50 min wait and counting!

@LloydsBank Truly Orwellian customer service. Tried to make a payment online, which was prevented by security. We have to call to authorise, but waiting time is over 50 mins. However, if we DON'T ring, our access to online banking will be suspended. Unbelievable.

@LloydsBank have a platinum account went into branch was told to call membership services got transferred in a queue for 59 mins got cut off tried again and again requested call back to be given another no , this is an important issue as we go away next week !!!!!🤬
