@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank Also, the payment has gone through (I get a text alert). The issue is that the website does not state this, but reloads the "confirm details" page. Meaning I'm asked to make the payment a *second* time

SHOCKING service from @LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz to say the least. Will be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere… would definitely not recommend -as a victim of fraud .. please do not bank with these guys!

@LloydsBank Well I'll try to remember to try that next time I need to make a manual payment, but that's not terribly frequent. It's only after clicking the "make payment" button that one notices the problem.

So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.
