    @LloydsBank still waiting over 2 hours and not spoken to one person yet!!! This is horrendous service

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @sdfpk @LloydsBank They won’t comment! They’ve already hidden behind the pathetic excuse that they can’t comment as there’s an ongoing tribunal, even so It shows a distinct lack of customer values, which will be from the top down!!!

    @LloydsBank have recently set up a child savings account online and whilst I can pay money in on the app no one else is able to as they just get an error message? Any ideas why this maybe happening?

    @LloydsBank Yes, more than once. Have also spoken with your call centres in Newport and somewhere in the midlands. I asked for the branch manager to contact me. Silence. So I rang Madhu on 7 June; she was unable to provide any info about the issue. I suggested we close the sole account.

    @LloydsBank I believe you sacked a bank manager for not denying a customer the assistance they needed. I'm pretty appalled.

    @LloydsBank It was the Microsoft scam, and she allowed them access to her computer.
