    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely disgusting....1 hr 40 minutes to speak to a claims advisor. Both bank accounts will be moved by the end of the week. One customer going won't hurt I guess but twitter will do its magic.

    @LloydsBank the front of a new debit card is blank, all the details are on the reverse underneath the place for signing. Is this a production error?

    @LloydsBank I appreciate that you can't do anything through this platform I shall be going to a branch on Friday with them both and I will want answers as to where this money has gone...it cannot just disappear! I just wanted to point out how bad the customer service on the phone has been!

    @LloydsBank my daughters boyfriend sent her some money on sat 25th March and it still hasn't arrived in her bank, she's just spoke to a customer service rep on the phone and they have just said there is nothing they can do!! Wtf where has this money gone! Disgusting!!!

    @LloydsBank 1st call to the claim No 59 mins queuing, call cut itself off. 30 minute call to you CS who gave up trying to put me through as the selection on the automated bit wasn't working. 2nd call to the claim line 1hr 30 and still waiting.

    @LloydsBank read your site to work out your debit card fees in Europe. It says 2.99%. Does that mean I am charged +2.99% on every transaction?
