    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Do you have any idea when I can sort out online banking for my 17 yr old plse? Went to branch and told they couldn't help us due to covid. Can't do it online. Surely you want to attract him as a customer as he'll be a student next year and then onto adult life?

    @LloydsBank 40 minutes hold and the initial call handler putting me through to the wrong department really does not help a stressful situation … now on hold again 🤬

    @LloydsBank We can’t access his savings account to get money out or open account to enable him to access because of this. However I discovered that you can apply for a copy of ANYONES birth certificate and no photo. But that’s ok because it’s on the ‘list’.

    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    @LloydsBank how do i start a chargeback... big issue with an online retailer that has ripped me off
