Freesia 🌹 Bouquet (@JooDS2) reported@LloydsBank very disappointed today to find out that you will not be participating in the new banking hub in St Annes on the Sea. Older and less able customers now have to get themselves to Blackpool or Preston. Not good and definitely not good customer service.
-
Ian Wilson (@Skidoo195) reported@LloydsBank it’s really not ok for u to suddenly block us (and my son) from withdrawing his own cash, at the age of 16 years and 9 mths, randomly, without warning, pending a signature from a minor You seem more than happy for us to keep paying in and now you’ve locked it away😡
-
Andy Orton (@LUFCinBrum) reported@LloydsBank Sutton Coldfield — customers queue while staff sit idle behind ‘cash only’ desks. A clear failure in basic service management. Manager clearly needs to attend a customer service course
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank What is the point of complaining. YOU ARE SHUTTING THE BANKS. YOU ARE DENYING ACCESS TO HUMAN BEINGS. YOU ARE REMOVING HUMAN STAFF. YOU ARE NO LONGER A BANK. I AM LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOW TO MAKE MY MONEY SAFE.
-
Uchechi Osuji (@UchechiOsuji3) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
-
Deezer Dave (@deezerdave) reported@LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.

jim_price (@jim_price) reportedIt's a bit of a pain to change banks but I can't imagine it will be any worse than staying with @LloydsBank. 35 years I've been with them. Customer service in the St Albans branch today was so deplorable I feel compelled to move to a different bank.

David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@DanopticXO @anthslife @LloydsBank But they defaulted customer accounts to allow login without the password and just 3 letters from your memorable information. That's weaker than any password.
