    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank trying to add a phone number to my account so can set up internet banking we are calling but line is saying your busy and cutting off , your site directs to internet banking but we can't because we need to register a number !! Appalling service what is going on?.

    @LloydsBank Disgusting customer services.been on the phone trying to get my problem sorted since 8pm this evening. Spoke to one person who was of no help at all. And I’m still none the wiser about why I can’t access my money.

    @LloydsBank can you please answer the following. I bank with you and have online banking and use the website access. If I look at All Transactions for the current month I can the bar chart showing monies in and monies out. My question is.....Does monies out include pending.
