@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

@LloydsBank Customers for over 15 years and the best ypu can do is send me a link to a complaints form, rather than take the time to understand the issue?? I find that patronising and insulting. Why dont you address the question? Why do lloyds use premier underwriting given their reviews?

Frustrating week using @LloydsBank, payment card denied for grocery delivery while on holiday. I’ve tried chat service; told I had to phone, on hold for an hour. Ridiculous service, cards are still blocked!

@LloydsBank Thank you Gillian. I finally had a phone call this afternoon. Previously, I hadn't had an outcome because I hadn't had any contact. The service was very poor. Do you realise that The Financial Ombudsman Service have on average an 18 month turnaround? I know this from experience.

@LloydsBank Day 8. Not arrived. Infuriating! I've been a loyal customer of Lloyds for well over 10 years and you cannot simply provide a simple task of sending out a paper statement. This is needed for a very important reason and such thing is now in major jeopardy. Thanks a lot Lloyds.

@LloydsBank You never answer the phone. I've wasted 3-4 hours calling you about this. Why can't anyone help? When I speak to customer service, they say it's fraud's problem and put me in another queue. Record time so far is over 100 minutes on hold. Someone needs to call me urgently.

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!
