    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Customers for over 15 years and the best ypu can do is send me a link to a complaints form, rather than take the time to understand the issue?? I find that patronising and insulting. Why dont you address the question? Why do lloyds use premier underwriting given their reviews?

    @LloydsBank fraud team staff are so incredibly rude. I've been blocked from using account for no apparent reason and won't open till I go into the shop. Great when I'm away for the next 4 weeks and can't send money to family. Absolutely shocking and terrible attitude.

    @LloydsBank My bank account was temporarily suspended due to me trying to purchase bitcoin. I'm outside of UK for the foreeable future and I'm having trouble getting through to your support team on the phone, hence I'd like to ask if perhaps your support team could contact me?

    @LloydsBank Maybe @LloydsBank should spend a little more time & money improving their bureaucratic 'Customer Services', or should we say 'Customer Circuses', to help customers instead of all this childlike effort on frivolous advertising? Who cares about a BS horse when you don't provide CS?

    @LloydsBank Sadly this does not resolve the problem due to medical issues, payments continue to be made without any way of cancellation. I am finding that the prodomiance for online services does not support your elderly clients. Most disappointing.

    @LloydsBank visiting Bromley today - 11 customers queueing with 2 staff in banking hall - been here for 35+ minutes. Staff trying hard, apologetic for SLT driven decisions. Are you happy with customer service? PS, weather on screen is for West Wickham not Bromley!!
