    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hello. I've received a cheque this morning from Lloyds bank. I have no idea what it's for, wasn't expecting it and there is no accompanying letter. I've called the number on the letter and another department and nobody can tell me anything about it? Who can help pls?

    @LloydsBank Yep. They can’t find my details :/ I’ve been a customer for 10 years with the card details in front of me. Everything I’m trying is just bouncing me from one problem to another. Just would be great to speak to a human to be honest.

    Just called @LloydsBank with a query on travel insurance only to be put on hold and cut off. They really should do better than that A contact number for membership services would help.

    @LloydsBank I’m a platinum account holder paying £21pm. It’s impossible to get hold of the travel insurance provider. If I can’t before the holiday I’m going to cancel my account.
