@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Just call the number you gave that should be available for customer from 9am - 2pm and it goes to machine respond stating our office is close typically! It clear there is a pattern how your bank operates or practicing pick and Choose who to open account for.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Monzo, if you have your passport handy, it will be verified and set up in 5 minutes, never had a problem in 2 years unless moving over 10k around per day

@LloydsBank Thank you Tony. Credit to you. A pity it has taken several days for this to be acknowledged. Howver if human error it indicates a training requirement. It also requires a change to your Twitter header which still says 24/7.
