    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Worst customer service. Went into branch to open a joint account. Was given a card with a direct number to make an appointment. Called several times a day for 7 days now and not 1 call picked up and not 1 message responded to. Moving all my accounts away from Lloyds....

    @LloydsBank I’m trying to upgrade my account so I can get the breakdown, phone insurance and travel insurance. I’ve tried online but it keeps saying service unavailable.

    @LloydsBank I have been on hold for over twenty minutes from abroad waiting for someone in your international banking team to help me with a problem. Why am I paying €20 a month for an account when you can't even answer urgent calls?

    Does anyone have a clue how you get a PIN for a @LloydsBank credit card have had the card 2 or 3 weeks & can’t use it yet, poor service much to my surprise :(

    @LloydsBank I called again, was told to go to a branch, then put on hold then the call went dead after 10 mins. Really awful service and it's been 2 weeks now since I requested my money back from @LloydsBank.
