@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@missstaryeyed93 @LloydsBank Jesus that's a bit extreme. Show your vets the lloyds statement online about them being down I'm sure they would understand. Also if your dog dies at the vet they're kind of good at not demanding money
