@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

@LloydsBank @care_disaster Appalling Home Emergency service! Been without water for 3 days. Promised a call Monday between 4-8pm. Arrived at 11pm - I was asleep. Rescheduled for Tues between 5-9pm. Never showed up! Now flushing the loo with rain water! I'll be changing insurer.

@LloydsBank Of course I tried to resolve it via messages and two letters before sharing my cautionary tale. I have tried everything to close my account since AUGUST! That is a lot of monthly fees! So people should know this! Premium account is NOT premium service! I’m being strung along!
