    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @lloydsbank Absolutely disgusted with the service from lloyds bank. My 83 year old Mother - a customer of of over 50 years - had her debit card stolen. It was used and over £800 withdrawn from her account. Lloyds have just told her the money will not be returned. Shameful

    @LloydsBank wow.... is it normal for your staff to imply that you only want 3rd party access to an account so you can embezzle money!!!! Or that your a liar when you use the app to call through and your systems don't recognise this. Wow. 34 years of banking with you & this is OK?

    @LloydsBank Thanks for the useless Home Emergency Service for my mother (85) and that "By your side" rubbish. 3 days trying to get through only to be cut off again. Please don't give us that high demand nonsense.

    @LloydsBank Any updates as to the timeframe we have for the fix of your broken app for android 13, think you need to address this as it's happening more and more to more devices? I'd address this as soon as possible as you'll loose customers if not.

    My mother-in-law passed away last week. For two years my wife has managed all their financial affairs/paid the carers etc. When she informed @LloydsBank (took in the death cert.) they said “no problem” but (despite telling us they wouldn’t) cancelled her access to their account.
