    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Have not been able to use app for 5 weeks. Still can't access anything other than via a laptop. App stopped working. In bank in person, no joy. Via phonecall, no joy. Not great. Recently widowed so no idea financially what's going on. Anyone got a new phone they don't need?

    @LloydsBank Can we have a reason for the outage. It is only in March that we could see other peoples transactions. This is not acceptable. There needs to be a statement as to why this has happened.

    @LloydsBank @Doctoranarchy84 He didn't ask for help with more app issues, he asked for compo, which he should be entitled to for the inconvenience, but again your ignore that.
