@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

I’ve been a @LloydsBank customer since 1990s. No complaint about the service, and grateful for their CSR support for my employer. But I’m bemused as to why they keep offering me car insurance deals when I’ve not had a car since 2002, as is bleedin’ obvious from said bank account.

@LloydsBank has possibly the worst customer service set up ive ever experienced! 30 minute phone call just to make a payment, costing £16 phone charge. Absolutely madness. Can not wait to close this account and goodbye forever. #worstbankever

@LloydsBank It’s my debit card and yeah my card works fine contactless and via chip and pin etc with no issues just Apple pay doesn’t even let me use it all the past few months

@LloydsBank My 16 year old opened an account online and during the process input all info required including passport and selfie. Email recieved confirming application has asked for same info, link does not work so suggests going into branch which during term time is impossible!!

@LloydsBank Yes I did.The manager repeatedly tried to convince me to ignore it.On repeating he was irritated. Said he could put initials not stamp.That's not what letter asks for! Would be good if u decide internally before making customer run around.Think best will just close account! ANGRY
