    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank why is service so slow right now in the Orpington branch? Lots of staff, but only 1 person on duty at paying in desks, and a queue. Not good enough!

    @LloydsBank I have been sat in a car dealership over an hour from home embarrassed to hell as your system is down. Can’t speak to anyone, can’t use my debt card as been declined even though money is there. Can’t access business banking either. #stranded #answerthephone

    @LloydsBank lovely lady called Lesley helped me close my accounts once the systems were up and running again. Pity IT are in the same league. I’m sure Lloyds won’t miss my few quid but at least I’ll be able to access it when I want
