@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @JoMoore70654846 It's not just the 'service' of answering the phone where #LloydsBank is lacking, their whole 'Customer Circuses' is a complete joke, from the Executive Office right down to the first contact. My advice, find another bank this one is a bureaucratic nightmare. #ByYourSide #inept

@LloydsBank Don't believe the hype of this advertisement. How 'inclusive' is it to lock out customers from accounts, then demand 'proof' of address, you send by Recorded Mail, they lose your mail, and Ombudsman takes 12 months to get you access to your frozen funds that you need for medical?

@LloydsBank 'Scams', include opening accounts @LloydsBank where they lose your financial info. lose Recorded Mail to address the problem, then having to have the @financialombuds spend 12 months correcting their incompetence while your assets are frozen leaving you without money for medical?
