@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Thanks for the prompt response! If I provide necessary information to investigate the issue via Twitter DM, would that suffice? I'm trying to avoid long distance phone charges, given long waits due to COVID.

@LloydsBank Hi Stephen, the rubbish is indeed from your branch, I've had confirmation of that from branch staff. The bins are not council owned, they are from a waste management company called Biffa. The only way the council can help is if I report you for endangering public health. Will DM.

@LloydsBank Your Walton on Thames branch has overflowing rubbish bins that have not been collected for 8 weeks, just under my balcony. But your branch manager won't call me back cause it's "not a banking issue". Hey, why bother with a public health hazard in 2021, right?

@Defencebrief @sainsburys @LloydsBank From experience I would guess that sainsburys are correct and the money will never be claimed and go back in your account. The banks move it as soon as the request is made. I experienced this a lot when working in retail
