    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank Blocked my card for no reason, make me wait 1 hour and a half to speak to someone for them to transfer me to the “right person” wait another 20 mins then they tell me they can’t help i’m now on hold again. Missed a medical appt. Because of this, i’m furious.

    @philskyross1962 @LloydsBank Hope has been sorted. Same thing happened to people buying my parents house. They had nowhere to stay, so with solicitors help we made agreement they could move in as long as they paid by the following Monday (was Friday) or they would have to move out again. Fortunately all ok.

    funny how @LloydsBank “prides itself in customer service” but i finally get through to them after 30 minutes and describe my issue only for him to tell me “ok i’ll look that up im just going to go silent for a few minutes”, leave for 10 minutes and then hang up without warning

    @LloydsBank Thanks Mike though it is working from other sources. I have just tried again. When you finish login in. The code screen now looks more like Halifax not that that means anything
