@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank the worst service I have ever had. My internet banking has been compromised and I’ve been on hold for 3 hours, no help. Seems easier to close my account than speak to an advisor.

I don’t understand @HSBC_UK - 5 weeks for transaction dispute when @LloydsBank sent my boyfriend his money back for the same issue in a matter of hours…🙄🙄🙄
