@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank To contact the dispute team who say to contact card services. It’s ridiculous. I have the sort code and account of where the money was returned, with various references, and nobody can help. Really poor all round. Perhaps the ombudsman needs to get involved as I’m getting nowhere

@LloydsBank Living in Japan with a friend who's had their account suspended for unknown reasons. She's being told she has to take photo ID into a UK branch but as she's abroad for the next 6 months this is not possible. She needs access to this account. Help please.

@LloydsBank Maybe increase it slightly, not by 33%? It's a dramatic increase. And yes, I will be looking to change my account - by moving to a bank that cares about its customers in this time of need and isn't trying to exploit them but help them. Customer of 15 years here, but bye then!👋
