@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

@LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

Really crap customer service from @LloydsBank - I can't even get into a telephone queue, just get a "we can't take your call today, ring back later" and get cut off.

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank @pw1971 Having the same problem with the error 1007 for 2 days on Internet, Google chrome and app. Just spoke to someone on the phone after being on hold for 40 mins and was completely useless and unhelpful. Yet again tried reinstallin app, clearing cookies,nothing working. Very unhappy!

tried to buy something online and @lloydsbank asks for a security code that they text me but it never arrives. Been to actual bank, phoned bank, tried other websites. Bank can’t help, says I can sort it by banking online. Will do, and long overdue, but forced to bank online?
