    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.

    @LloydsBank It's not lloyds I'm trying to speak to..its AXA regarding a travel insurance issue which predates your switch to Allianz.Lloyds seem to have washed their hands of the issue and will not even try to help. 3 hours and 40 minute's now on hold. No company is THAT busy😡

    After scanning the @LloydsBank site to determine whether a recurring transaction can be stopped by 'freezing' the card, I find that it cannot. So a vendor who was given notice to cancel a subscription three months prior to expiry can **** my bank account at will.

    @LloydsBank Totally unacceptable response .this has been going on all day and you are going to cause people to incur late payment charges because you have caused problems and won’t own up to it. Complaint being registered. You pay any late payment charges. Not our fault.

    @LloydsBank Hi, she's 11, so set it up with my help. I we can see her accounts on my log in, but nobody can transfer money in. She has money to go in as well. We just get "we have not made your payment" error 9300046
