    @LloydsBank still waiting over 2 hours and not spoken to one person yet!!! This is horrendous service

    @LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank @Claire_Manty It’s shocking service, sorry is fine but get some more staff in the phone lines to deal with the high call volume! Especially fraud line !!!

    @LloydsBank really disappointed with the level of business account customer service! I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

    @LloydsBank what’s the point in your mobile app? For weeks now I can only access it whilst on Wi-Fi. I have tried all the shut down methods, uninstall and install once more. Same issue, always an error message.

    @ScottishWidows @LloydsBank Worst financial organisation ever dealt with. Terrible customer service -just repeat the same lies. Shocking treatment when dealing with a bereavement - part of the @LloydsBank also poor in this area! Need to change their Always by your side slogan!!

    @LloydsBank The last few times I’ve phoned I’ve been told apple impose a limit and have blocked it and there’s nothing you can do. But apple say they do not impose limits and refer me to the card issuer. Lloyds is the only card issuer I’ve had this problem with
