@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

I have been a customer for 20 years. Yesterday, when I tried to pay for fuel, my cafd was rejected. Iwas 55 miles away from Manchester. Took me 2 hours & big humiliation & embarrassment to finally find a kind gentleman who accepted to pay for my fuel & get...👇 1/4 @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank But to 8 hours a week there's no point opening at all 3 banks have closed down in our high street in the last few weeks there's nothing Lloyd's are doing to make people switch to you I'll be moving away from u if this keeps up

@LloydsBank Yes as they can’t help! But they can’t be that busy to not be able to answer the phone for an hour! Ive tried everyday now and its getting frustrating, and even more if im getting charged for calling
