@LloydsBank 20 mins before call answered on Gen customer service number - told to 'phone another 'dedicated' number (palmed off). Have now been on 'phone for 28 minutes, still awaiting call to be answered Absolutely appalling service.

Why do call centres put you on hold for so long? I’ve been waiting nearly 30 minutes and wouldn’t be surprised if I’m suddenly cut off because of their office has closed. Why not offer a call back service @LloydsBank @AXA?

Hi @LloydsBank, I'm searching on the app & on my account online. My card expired at the beginning of August, but haven't had a replacement in the post. I don't want to order a replacement for a broken one or freeze my current account, ya know, so I can pay for things. Advice?

@LloydsBank Incompetent, uncaring bank. Online debit card security system sham. Lloyds cost me a great deal of money, messed up random security regarding an online transaction. Now blocked. 35 years of banking with Lloyds. With SCs on the increase, time to move on. Poor service.

Had to speak over phone to sum 1 about a banking issue I told them was hearing impared so that's why I had to double check every thing i ended up apologiseing for being hearing impaired when the call handler was rude sounded like he hated his job. 2nd time happened @LloydsBank
