    @LloydsBank It’s a mobile bull and I pay this way every month and don’t want it to affect service… is there a way to cancel pending transaction and do it a different way?

    @LloydsBank Hi 👋 Had my new debit card through the post a few days ago. I have activated the card with PIN number and that works fine. However, my contactless method does not work? Tried using every angle, holding for several seconds, to no avail🥲 please help, thank you.

    What criteria did @LloydsBank use to issue Government backed Bounce Back Loans? Certainly not much as they gave a zombie biz now liquidated with 0 Cr paid, £45k. Purity Health had been zombie for 3-4 years. Farcical waste of taxpayers cash. Someone needs to go to JAIL!

    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline, I tried a different browser and it still didn't work so I ended up calling customer cardholder services (this is for credit cards, not a banking account). They told me the system was down and may not be back up and running till about midday.

    Hi @LloydsBank Looks like your appointment booking system is down. Tried to book an in-branch appointment in a branch which failed. Tried on the phone, that failed. Direct line to the branch wasn't answered. Just want to simply book an appointment!

    @LloydsBank Haven't used banking app for about 6 months, screen says update needed no longer support this version, then links to play store. Just checking this is legit & you have updated app in that time ? And I should go ahead with update ? Thanks

    @LloydsBank The phone company said the card is not valid, yes from the ATM when I wanted to withdraw cash they told me that the card is locked, even when I wanted to pay a deposit in my account the employee told me there was a problem

    @LloydsBank Hi Lloyds, as a customer of 30+ years I'd like to know when are you going to raise interest rates on your easy access savings account? Your current 0.40% is pathetic and 'spit in the face' to loyal customers.
