    So, Twitter; what can I do? Who can I go to? No one will help and I’m at a total loss now. I hope this is a word of warning for anyone considering banking with @LloydsBank to steer well and truly clear. The service I’ve had has been obscene.

    @LBGplc Can @LloydsBank get anymore woke? Stupid rainbow flag and now banging on about climate change. As a customer i’d rather you just did your job of providing good customer service, keeping banks open. I don’t give a damn about anything else!

    @LloydsBank I am still no further, can’t get through can’t buy online can’t use the app and your usual message «  experiencing an unusual amount of calls « , no it’s now a usual amount that you can’t deal with. Ridiculous, I’m definitely leaving, customer service is none existent

    @LloydsBank Internet services seem to be broken at the moment. If they want to randomly compensate me £1,000,000 for this I'd be happy to accept it! Oh well, it was worth sharing with the world how desperate I am lol.

    @BtonGirlProbs @LloydsBank Yep it’s the Financial Ombudsman Service .. you can raise your concerns online .. be prepared to wait for a response as they are continually busy.. good luck

    @LloydsBank I have already done this, but yet again I’ve had to re-register the app after less than a week. Can you log this as an issue with your app, as nobody seems to think there’s a problem. As per my last tweet.

    Credit it where due (pun intended). Reported my @LloydsBank card lost. Within a few minutes I was was able to use the replacement on Apple Pay and within 18 hours the new physical card was delivered. Great service 👍
