@LloydsBank It’s a mobile bull and I pay this way every month and don’t want it to affect service… is there a way to cancel pending transaction and do it a different way?

Hi @LloydsBank you are a disgrace to the banking system. My mum is sat in one of your branches and they still refuse to help. She’s elderly, frail, partially sighted and very vulnerable. Call yourself helpful! Bloody useless!!!

@LloydsBank I actually don’t think the problem is with you - I think it’s Sainsbury’s system having a ‘mare.

@LloydsBank any idea when we will have access to the travel insurance hub. Been trying for weeks with no success. Allianz advises it's a Lloyd's issue.

@peterthurley @LloydsBank You’re absolutely right Peter. I did expect some kind of informative message from them. My mother on whose behalf I was calling thought there should be some service & like you I agree. But @LloydsBank isn’t as interested in customers as it is shareholders. It’s a plc of course.

@LloydsBank Can it be any lawyer? I mean, can it be a British lawyer working there? Or does the lawyer have to be a national of the country in which the person is residing?
