Hi @LloydsBank you are a disgrace to the banking system. My mum is sat in one of your branches and they still refuse to help. She’s elderly, frail, partially sighted and very vulnerable. Call yourself helpful! Bloody useless!!!

@LloydsBank My card is blocked, called the no on back of card & ended up with a callback due to “exceptionally high call volumes” - told I need to be put through to the fraud team - that has an HOUR waiting time. I’ve now been cut off. I have no access to my money. HELP.

@LloydsBank So @LloydsBank I held on the phone again, was told the block would be removed and guess what? It hasn’t, you are effing up my life, I now have to hold for another hour, with no guarantees that I’ll be able to spend my own money at the end of it.

@LloydsBank hi, hope you can help. I've been having trouble with purchasing online with my debit card, and also once in a shop. My card declines some purchases online, but is fine for other things, like ebay. I've tried calling numerous times today but the wait is huge. Thanks

@LloydsBank My cousin is very ill on a terminal cancer ward so can't visit a branch. Needs to change the online banking mobile number. Can you post her a form? We tried to change it online but can't get past the verification call/text part (as she cant access her old mob number)
