    Hi @LloydsBank you are a disgrace to the banking system. My mum is sat in one of your branches and they still refuse to help. She’s elderly, frail, partially sighted and very vulnerable. Call yourself helpful! Bloody useless!!!

    @LloydsBank exactly. I don't want to transfer £££££ without being 100% sure it's right. Which is why I used your online service last week but which a) isn't working today and b) throws me off the call after 25 minutes because "your offices are now closed".

    @LloydsBank the ai cannot recognise it as it is too near of a date, this needs fixing. another things is you can stop your customer service ******* me about for 2 hours and hanging up. you need to provide a resolution to my problem

    @LloydsBank another thing you can fix is when you phone customer service, you are asked your DOB. it dosent recognise 29/01/07 so i suppose anyone under 18 aren’t able to use this service. fix this.

    @LloydsBank hiya, i have logged on and can see my 2 credit card showing from the homepage but the only way i can see my currect account is to click on the drop down top of the page its not showing the currect account on the home page and its alwys has strange?

    @LloydsBank The payment showed immediately on my statement but the credit card balance didn't clear. My customer feedback is this could be much clearer and more straight forward.

    @LloydsBank customer service needs to be available to all customers. and if you don’t answer the questions it puts you through to an advisor anyway and they help you regardless of your age. the first steps are only for verification which under 16s cannot pass.
