@LloydsBank That’s the main point, not one of your team could help and I wasted an hour on hold and spoke to people (who’s job title is customer service) who could not help

I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank I sent emails to both businesses at the same time. It would be more helpful if you offered a solution or explanation as to why your call service reroutes to an international call between two mobiles, rather than asking me to contact my PSP. Your CS rep was aware I was abroad

@LloydsBank Yes, it says 'were calling you now, enter this code when we do' then after a few seconds I get an error message saying 'we couldn't complete the call because we couldn't verify its you'. I thought maybe because it's an international dial tone?

@LloydsBank @KungFuKeira Good luck! Don’t call customer service number - you’ll be on hold for an hour+ & then transferred. I’m still on hold to be transferred (25+ mins after the initial 65min wait!). Call Fraud line & pray they pick up. Unable to buy food :( family gone to bed. Thanks @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank you’ve put a block on my card to check for fraud (it isn’t fraud, it’s me) and I can’t get through on the phone to get it lifted. I need to go shopping for my son’s birthday tomorrow so I need you to sort this out NOW. I don’t have another way to pay!

@LloydsBank Trying to report a fraudulent transaction. Have been holding for 36 minutes. Interestingly, I have spoken with 2 people, both put me on hold, then after a minute, the system has put me back in the queue twice. Is your process for reporting fraud broken?
