@TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

@LloydsBank We are trying to pay care home invoices for parent with dementia using the LPA. This has gone on for 2 months now. A new issue every time. Got online banking working this morning and now refusing access as needs telephone number - I gave the number this morning and all ok then

@LloydsBank what an absolute joke… I’m switching my account from you on the 13th April… today when I try and make payments they’re declined saying there’s a restriction on my account. I’ve spent 4 hours so far trying to get help - no joy! #bringbackthebranch

@LloydsBank v. disappointed that customer service can’t tell a customer the transaction limit for their acc using @Apple Pay. Claim security reasons. Say limit varies- so as customer no idea if transaction will be declined 1 day to nxt. V. embarrassing at till being declined!
