@LloydsBank No resolution the lady said @LloydsBank are fully aware that the system will not allow them to open a joint account on line but could not fix the error. Are you aware if not I suggest you ask. Whole this waste of time. Gone with #Starling excellent service opened in 20 seconds

@LloydsBank I think you need to look at the iPhone/Pad mobile banking app as every time I try to return to it having reconfirmed the open banking details with another provider (through the Lloyds app), it shuts down & hasn’t ‘accepted’ the Open banking details - v frustrating!😞

@LloydsBank I do not see the point of trying if the app logs me off in the background and I lose all the previous work. The main program should not time out whilst one is working in another part of the app.

@LloydsBank 2 weeks now still no code no real assistance from lloyds abject failure as far as I'm concerned I suspect any complaint will go in the waste bin anyway..I suppose its just a case of tough wait as long as it takes absolutely zero help or progress just a constant headache. Abysmal

@KatieAndThePigs @LloydsBank +1 for Starling. Features are great, but customer service via chat can occasionally be frustrating (that said in the years I've banked with them I've only needed to contact a handful of times).

@LloydsBank Living in Japan with a friend who's had their account suspended for unknown reasons. She's being told she has to take photo ID into a UK branch but as she's abroad for the next 6 months this is not possible. She needs access to this account. Help please.
