Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.

Artur Nadolny (@ArturNadol7566) reportedLLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank But Lloyds never have glitches - according to Lloyds complaints officer. (so no need to investigate) Which is true? 1. it does, as stated by Lloyds? 2 It doesn't - so no glitch investigations will be made- so customers left at risk?

JanJo (@janicejones28) reported@LloydsBank i am trying to deposit a cheque using the app, but i keep getting error messages. Is this an error with the app?

@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reportedThoughtless timing from @LloydsBank The day after they allow many customers access to other customers account transactions they choose to announce they’re cutting the benefits of my Platinum account while, again, maintaining the monthly fee. Time to look for another bank!

STUFFED (@StuffedMagazine) reportedThursday. Britain. Recap. @LloydsBank showed everyone’s account to everyone this morning. Helen from Halifax briefly had a million pounds. It was taken back. We are furious on Helen’s behalf. @RoyalMail estimate they will deliver 219 million letters late this year. This is not a crisis. This is a forecast. They have planned to be late. They have scheduled the incompetence. MPs spent the afternoon debating government support for British carnivals in Westminster. Your taxes. Working hard. @Keir_Starmer flew to Cork, held a summit, attended a cultural reception and did not have a Guinness. Some men should not be allowed into Ireland. That’s your Thursday. We’ll see you tomorrow. 📰
