    @LloydsBank I have a platinum account. They didn’t say how long but when I spoke to them they was working on MAY claims!! What’s their contractual SLA? I doubt it’s 2 months…

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Thank you. I’ll do that. But your company need to have a word with @Allianz and ask if this service is acceptable. I didn’t want to complain. I just wanted my claim handled

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank what is going on? Mobile app saying N/A when trying to see balance and no transactions showing. You say there's not a problem but many are having the same issue this morning.

    @LloydsBank @SarahSarahkl123 I'm stuck with the same issues. 'Can't retrieve account information' is roughly the message and its across the app, website and on desktop. This isn't Facebook, banking is important, please update your customers ASAP!
