    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @JimKennett3 @LloydsBank I've been with Lloyds for 10 years and they regularly go down. I don't want compensation, I'd lack access to my money. It's a pretty regular problem. It's really odd to see an individual praising a bank. Do you love Amazon as well?

    @LloydsBank absolutely disgusting that your app has been down since 10am and you REFUSE to tell customers when it’s going to be working. I hope you’re paying all of us who will have late payment charges on bills compensation for being with such a ridiculous company !
